Meet the alpha

You look around the room as you wait for the meeting to start. It seems that there are a lot of groups that had formed over the years, mostly by years. The atmosphere seems friendly, and even if they don't know you, there is no conflict. In front of you, it seems poor Mark is starting to suffer from sitting with his back towards you, but Nicole is trying to help him cope. She seems to have a calming effect on him, as even if he is still tense, he is not shaking anymore.

Just when you were thinking of talking to him and assuring him, everything is ok, an older man that looks to be in his early 50s enters the room followed by a woman. She is of medium height probably 1.65m with a nice fit body. Her blond hair and blue eyes would complete a stereotypical look. Her breasts are not big, but they do fit her body really well. She wears a black pencil skirt, a white blouse, and a small jacket over it. They go and sit at the table that is on the right, leaving the middle table empty.

"I see that everyone is here, so let's not waste any more time and start the meeting," he says as he looks around the room. "First, we should welcome our new additions to the pack. I'm sure some of you have already heard about Max, but there is also Dylan." He rummages through some files and continues. "Please stand up, both of you!"

You see some guy abruptly standing up, so you follow hastily, but in your hurry, you place your hand on the chair in front of you, and as you rise, you scare Mark so much that he jumps forward and falls on the ground. Everyone turns towards you, some laughing some worried at what you did. Mia laughs heartily, but you are scared people will think you did something.

"What are you doing?" yells Nicole

"I'm fine... It's fine... sorry... sorry" Mark gets up and sits back down, looking at the ground. Nicole stares at him in disapproval.

"Are you ok, Mark?" asks Eric.

"Yes. Sorry. I fell, everything is fine!" he replies

"As I was saying, we have 2 new additions, Max was bitten by Jenny" Eric says pointing towards you "while, Dylan had an encounter with an unknown werewolf at the border, and we found him wandering around our territory. As we are unable to find him, please be careful and report any suspicious activity that you find. He will rent an apartment here, so Camille, please talk to him after the meeting."

"I understand!" replies the female who's next to him.

"Then, in Max's case, according to our rules, Jenny is found guilty of transforming another human against his will. Please stand up!"

Jenny stands up next to you, and you grab her hand instinctively. "Wait a minute! I..." you hurriedly say.

"Were bitten against your will," he continues. " But it looks like you've already forgiven her, so do you wish to press charges?"

"Uh.. no? we are ok, she shouldn't be punished, it was my mistake, I didn't listen," you tell them.

"Noted! However, it is still against the rules, so punishment is unavoidable. But, since it's the first time, and the victim forgave you, you are to work for 6 months at the casino. Kevin will take care of your schedule."

"Understood!" said Kevin from the back.

"Yes!" Jenny acknowledges and sits down, and so do you.
