go out on the balcony

Kanami had a mischievous grin on her face. Yes,she could certainly go to sleep right now, but she wanted to go out on the balcony. And what more she wanted to do it completely naked.

Kyah! How scandalous!

Giggling to herself she slipped out of her underwear and happily jumped towards the partially open glass door that led out to the large balcony.

Kanami shivered as the rain touched her naked flesh. But it was a pleasant kind of shivering. She admired the beautiful handiwork of the balcony as she slowly made her way towards the edge.

Despite the fact this was only the third floor, Kanami had an amazingly commanding view over the landscape. She could see all the land that came with **** Mansion, well at least the front. Kanami noticed a hedge maze as well as a lake. She definitely had to explore these sections eventually, but that certainly could wait for tomorrow.

But while Kanami could see a lot, she could not see directly down where as it happens Darkwing Duck was just in the process of scaling the mansion. Kanami wasn't particularly known for being stealthy, so the assassin already was aware of her presence.

“He he he! Kanami, the naked ninja is here!” Kanami pushed her chest out and made a peace sign. Woah, even alone that was pretty embarrassing! Good thing, nobody is here to witness that, well beside the stone gargoyles adorning the balcony. She giggled and gave one of them a pat on the head. “You better not tell anyone, alright? If you do I have to...dispose of you!”

She gave the gargoyle a playful shove, only for it to topple over the edge.. Whoops. The ninja thought she heard a rather loud thump as well as a scream, but that surely must have been just the wind.

Kanami eventually grew tired of the cold and the darkness and intended to head back inside...only to find that the balcony doors where closed now. Kanami tried to open the door again, but they wouldn't budge.

That was kinda really bad.

I mean, her being a ninja and all she could totally just bash a window in. She wasn't afraid that the glass would cut her naked body and leave her scarred for the rest of her life. Not at all.

But replacing the window would be annoying.

Should she just wait until Poron shows up? Then the young prince would see her out on the balcony completely n-naked. No! Absolutely not! That would be way too embarrassing!

The ninja observed the facade of the mansion, hoping to find any structural weakpoints she could squeeze herself into. That's it! The Chimney! Kanami would simply need to climb up on the roof and hop down the chimney! Best Strategy ever!

Total darkness, in the rain and naked aren't exactly the best conditions for climbing a roof, but Kanami was a skilled ninja, so it will be easy.

Making sure she had a firm foothold on one of these wobbly gargoyle thingies, Kanami launched herself upwards. Luckily this was already the third floor, so the roof wasn't that far away.

Eventually, Kanami reached a shingle and pulled herself upwards. It was one of those slanted roofs, so she had to be very careful not to fall down. That would be very bad and very deathly.

Kanami decided that the best course of action was to drop down on all fours and crawl upwards. Not exactly the most dignified approach, but it wasn't as if anyone was watching.

Slowly and carefully she crawled upwards, as the rain splattered on her butt. Ugh...she will definitely never tell Freya about this!

Alright, there was the chimney, just a bit farther now and...

“Hey watcha doing?”

“Kyaahhh!!!”

Kanami glanced backwards.There right at Kanami's behind was a thing hovering in the air. Was it a ghost? A ghoul? An evil maniac with a machete? Kanami had no idea but she had to make a choice here.
