Forest demon

It was nightfall. Katrina found a hollow tree to sleep in. Who knew what Matilda would do to her if she caught her. However, in the tree was a demon.

The demon emerged from the tree and attacked Katrina. Katrina was fucked.

"Stop right there!" shouted a woman.

Katrina turned to see Sophia Tellea, a girl that was betrothed to Prince John Walker.

This was weird for Katrina who thought Sophia was just some noble. The outfit reminded her of Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. The demon turned its attention to Sophia. Sophia raised her sword at the demon only for it to flee back into the tree.

"Are you okay?" asked Sophia.

"Yeah" said Katrina, "what was that?"

"A forest demon" said Sophia, "they attack their victims by emerging from wood. They don't exist naturally so someone else must be using it"

A man and a woman both arrived, Marcia Angel and Natsu Summers.

There was something strangely familiar about the pink haired girl but Katrina couldn't put her finger on it.

"You again" said Sophia.

"You know these people?" asked Katrina.

Sophia swung her sword at Natsu who ducked under it. While the two girls were fighting, Katrina saw the forest demon emerge from a tree behind Natsu.

"What out!" she cried.

Katrina jumped, pushing Natsu out the way, saving her from the demon's claws. There was an awkward moment as Kat lay on top of Natsu. Katrina blushed as she noticed she had her hands on Natsu's boobs.

"Oh, you're trying to fool me by making your own creature attack you" Sophia accused Natsu.

"Are you fucking serious?" said Natsu.

"Its pretty obvious these people didn't summon this thingy" said Katrina.

Suddenly about twenty woman appeared. Some of them were carrying a pink banter that had a symbol that looked very similar to a female power symbol from Earth.

"Amazons" said Sophia.

"What are amazons?" asked Katrina.

Even with the memories of her new life, Katrina had never heard of the amazons.

"I'm not surprised you've never heard of them" said Sophia, "they're pretty much a joke who have only successfully invaded one kingdom and that was because its ruler was a pacifist who surrendered immediately. Basically, the amazons are just a group of insecure women who blamed their own personal shortcomings on men so they founded their own 'queendom'"

"So they have no men? How do they repopulate?"

"They buy or abduct young girls from other kingdoms to increase their numbers"

Despite how weak each amazon was individually, Katrina could tell that this many would be a problem, especially if they have a forest demon. The demon emerged, trying to attack Sophia but Marcus punched it in the face. Natsu fired a darkness into the demon's face.

Katrina was surprised. She figured Natsu would have some fire eating power. The demon retreated into a tree.

"Its no good" said Natsu.

"Their leader has a wand" Kat said, "if we destroy the wand, the demon will be destroyed. I'm pretty sure that's how that works"

Sophia stabbed an amazon. Marcia attacked the woman leading the amazons. While the amazon was distracted, Katrina snuck behind her and grabbed the wand. She snapped the magic wand in half.

"What have you done?!" screamed the amazon leader.

The demon turned on the amazons and started slaughtering them. Marcia took advantage of the distraction and killed the amazon leader. The other amazons begin fleeing. However state soldiers had arrived and began arresting them.

Though, Kat did notice one of them, a black haired girl wearing an outfit that looked like something from Fate/Stay Night. However, she was more skilled than the other amazons, able to fight off the state soldiers and run.

"So what happens to them?" asked Katrina.

"They'll most likely be sold as slaves" said Sophia, "the question now is what to do with those three"

Sophia pointed her sword at Marcia, Natsu and the demon.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, what exactly did they do wrong?" asked Katrina.

"Overture are an unlicensed guild operating without permission from the Order of the Lake" said Sophia, "and that thing is a demon"

"But the demon was being controlled by the amazons" said Katrina.

"It is still a demon and must die. Overture will be arrested and probably executed"

"The Order of the Lake do not have a monopoly on what guild can and can't exist" said Natsu, "what we do isn't even illegal. The Order doesn't have any actual authority over us"
