Sue sighed.

"Look. I know you're all 18 or older. And I appreciate that you're having a hard time—"

The Invisible Woman immediately regretted her choice of words, but to their credit, none of them snickered.

Eyebrows rose. The young heroes immediately went into a huddle. Sue crossed her arms in front of her chest, a part of her regretting making such an offer. Another part thought about what Dr. Stone had said during their last appointment.
