Preparing For The Highlands

Also, I thought Cassandra and Ruby again, plus the new girl you went for with her ice powers and Rapunzel for healing at need. I imagine your cat girl will tag along again in her own way."

That seemed like a good set of people to bring. Could always have another seven if Hilde flew as well, but she probably wasn't ready for long flights yet. Besides, I didn't need to bring a whole army. Maleficent, Cassandra, and Elsa alone could probably even take an army between them if they had to for that matter. Dun Broch didn't pose any threats beyond basic warriors, and we'd hopefully be under the radar to avoid anything serious in the desert. "Good planning. Ariel has a couple of things she brought from her father's castle that could be useful, oh, and she brought in two of her sisters with contracts. Plus now there are two cheshires. I turned Elsa's sister into one."

"Another cat?" Hilde sighed. "Well, there's no keeping her from tagging along as well I suppose."

I smacked her ass as the Queen bent over for her dress, and she squealed. A very, very nice ass. Not for the first time, I wondered if I'd knocked her up yet. "The cats should be fine, none of the mermaids wore any clothes at Arendelle, and no one thought anything of it. We shouldn't stand out in the highlands." Thanks to Normalcy. "Kat was even really useful with Ariel's sisters." Giving them a bunch of fetishes that should make the apartment interesting...

Hilde seemed to have another opinion, as she rose clutching her dress while shaking her head. "The highlands are isolated and self-sufficient, there is no trade at all with the clans. Any outsiders at all will be remarkable, no matter how normal they see our appearance."

"Huh." I suppose that checked out, the movie was a standalone and the only time I'd dealt with a Merida before that clan had been isolated then too. Though to be fair, that had been a small private world on a loop, or at least it had been until I'd been sent to find out why it had stopped. Finding that bug had been a real pain. I just hoped they were easier to understand in this shared world. The accents last time had been atrocious. "Well, a foreign prince should stand out. The challenge alone would get their attention I'm sure. I just hope they aren't hostile."

Nodding, Hilde continued. "I've sent envoys to King Fergus before, while they had no luck making deals, they met no hostility. The clans are already on the move from what I've scried, we should be in good time for the tourney though."

I rolled my eyes. Of course a threat level one Disney world would even have armed clansmen be peaceful. Still, I was making a play for their Princess. And the bandits earlier hadn't exactly been handing out flowers. "Excellent. And Eden?" Merida was just a stepping stone after all.

She smiled up at me, dressed in her gown once more. "The jar is still undisturbed in its pot, and there have been no sign of a prince in Agrabah."

Good, the urchin shouldn't show up until well after 'Prince Ali' made his flamboyant entrance. I might even snatch Jasmine yet, though if I kept collecting princesses I might have to bump up the priority of buying a larger home. The apartment was definitely getting crowded.
