Physics Test

We all left the library and we returned to the classroom to give the test, i was really confident about myself and at the end i did really good, or so i thought. I finished first and then May, we had to sit together at the corner of the room after we finished for some reason, probably because we could give the answers to the other students who haven't finished yet and also so the teacher can keep track of the people who finished the test and the ones that still were doing it.

May and i went to the corner and we began talking a little about how easy the test was, i looked at Scarlet to see how she was doing, she was staring at us for what seemed a long time. She was staring at us intently, like we were doing a crime or something, i turned to face May as she was talking about how the second question was so simple and that blah blah blah Don't get me wrong, i like hearing May talk, she has a really nice voice and i just generally enjoy being with her but right now i'm just focusing on Scarlet so having May here rambling about the test wasn't the best... of course i wouldn't say that to her so i don't seem rude, but you know i said to myself and then turned back to see how Scarlet was doing.

I couldn't really see what question was she in but i could tell that she still had a lot of questions to answer so when i looked back at her i was surprise to find out that she had finish early and was already walking towards us to seat at the corner - it was weird because May and i finished firsts by a long margin, of course we were the best on the class so it was expected but Scarlet finished third so there was something going on. As she took her seat right next to me i thought Why is she acting like this?... i mean, she could never finish that test this early, like what is going on here?... is she jealous of May because i'm talking to her?... Noooo, there's no way, right? I kept questioning myself and Scarlet's behavior while she talked with May for a bit before turning her attention to me and saying

"So how did you do in the test?" I stopped talking to myself and i replied to her "Yeah, we did good... that study session i had with May really paid off" May gave me a pleasant smile but then Scarlet said "Yeah, i didn't really pay attention and i think i did really bad but whatever" i looked at her concerned and then May exclaimed "That's not good Scarlet... you know that you have to put effort in the tests... how many times have i told you that you need to pay attention and do homework and all that stuff?... this could seriously affect your carrer" i thought it was nice that she was so worried about her friend and it was kind of a turn off to see that Scarlet was so careless about her grades and school.

Scarlet tried defending herself by saying "I mean, is just that i don't get the motivation... is like i try to learn but i never see something exciting or interesting in the subjects... and also i don't like studying with you, is like you are so advanced that there's no chance for me to keep up with everything you say" they both got upset, May looked sad because she couldn't help Scarlet with school and Scarlet was angry because she really didn't like school and it seemed like she was trying so hard to learn but just couldn't.

May said "I'm sorry... i don't know how to teach other people... i know that you are trying wo hard and i'm truly sorry for..." then Scarlet interrupted her by saying "Is okay May... is not your fault... is just that i don't find something or someone that could motivate me to learn... if only there was someone new that could help me..." she said that last part in a weird way so i said "Wait... i feel like something is happening but i don't get it" then May picked up the hint and said "Oh i get it... you want André to help you study, right?"

I looked around confused and asked "Wait, me?" Scarlet nodded cheerfully and said "Yes, i would like if you could teach me or just help me a little bit with school... is that okay?" I looked at her, then i looked at May, then i looked back at Scarlet - she was now giving me puppy eyes Wait what? That's strange i thought before i looked back at May and noticed that she was also giving me puppy eyes.

I found myself quite literally cornered by these two cute girls that were basically begging me to help Scarlet with school, i looked at them both and said "Well, i guess i don't have much of a choice when you two are like that, huh?" They both giggled and then i accepted to help Scarlet, they cheered and i chuckled "Unbelievable, how can you both use your cuteness to manipulate me like that?!" May laughed and Scarlet blushed, it was clear that she did all of that with a purpose I guess i will have to wait and find out i thought before i waited for the class to end.
