Pete immediately causes trouble

After a while they stumbled upon a road leading towards the town. It sped up their progress once they didn't have to walk through the long grass and soon Pete could see buildings rising up in the distance. The fields of grass became fields of wheat, corn, and other crops. He could see people working those fields, although nobody was close enough to clearly make out. Eventually they passed other travelers. Nobody really seemed to pay them any mind, except for the men. All of them seemed to keep their eyes glue to Tiffany, at least until the women of their party snapped them out of it.

Finally they were here. They reached the town square and started looking around. Pete knew they had to start gathering information, and they also needed a place to stay. In typical RPG fashion both of those things would be at the local tavern. He decided to ask for directions. Suddenly an extremely beautiful elf crossed his field of view. Oh, she would do nicely. "Excuse me Miss," He said to her. She stopped and looked at him, "Could you tell us where the nearest tavern is?"

The woman had been smiling but she started to scowl, "Take your prostitutes elsewhere. This is a good, holy town." She scoffed and turned away.

What a bitch, Pete though, all he did was ask for direction. He saw a coin purse hanging off her belt, it looked way bigger than the one Didi had given him. He wondereed...Instinctively he knew how to use his Steal Spell. He held out his hand towards her and whispered, "Steal." The effect was instantaenous. He felt something touch his hand and he made a fist to hide it. He lowered his hand and looked around, it didn't appear like anybody except his party had noticed. He looked over at the elf, she still had her coin purse. That was too bad. So what did he get then? She didn't even seem to notice anything was missing, or at least she wasn't running around crying out 'thief'.

"Oooh, what did you steal?" Leanne asked.

"Let's find out." He turned his back to the elf and faced Leanne. He held out his fist and slowly unfurled it to reveal....black lace panties.

"Wow, what a perv." Kelly said.

Pete just laughed, "Says the woman wearing only a loincloth."

It was hard to tell with the green skin but she looked pretty embarrassed. She moved one hand to cover her breasts, but they were so large and she didn't want to let go of her sword, "Whatever. Loser."

He tossed the panties to Leanne, "Here. You companied about not getting any before."

She caught them but held them away from her body, "Eww...these are used."

"THIEF" They heard a woman shriek. Everyone turned to see the elf from before pointing at Leanne, "SHE'S A THIEF!"

Standing beside her were two very large men dressed in mail suits holding gruesome looking weapons. They wore some kind of insignia on their chests. They quickly approached and look at Leanne, "Are those your panties?"

She blushed and looked around for help, "Uh...no?"

Pete smacked his forehead, why didn't she just lie? Was she stupid?

"You are under arrest. " One of the men said. "Come with us."

"Wait!" Pete said. Then they both looked at him intensely. Uh oh, he wasn't about to confess himself, "Uh...does she get a trial or something?"

"That's up to the magistrate. Today is his day off. He'll be in tomorrow to decide her fate. Come by the jail if you want to see her, the staff there may be able to give you more information. Let's go." One of them grabbed Leanne's arm and she didn't resist. Pete was **** to sit by while she was led away.

"Nice going jackass." Kelly said to him once they were gone.

Pete shrugged, "She's the one who got caught. Fuck. Ok, let's go find a tavern, we'll meet up with her later."
