It is the middle of the afternoon, and I am dead tired after a long night watching streams, studying, "studying," and generally being far more comfortable than I probably should be... and I have slept through all of my alarms, only to be awakened by a persistent doorbell tone.

I groan, and strongly consider ignoring it... but I eventually decide to be responsible and doing my best to make myself presentable in the sixty seconds I have, I get up and the tone stops. Oh. They gave up?

Rushing over to the doorcam, I spy... my mom?! What in the hell is she doing here? She seems pretty bummed out which... Yeah. Shit. I make to go catch her before she can finish leaving and--- now the world's frozen. Oh. Should... should I really...?

I swallow, filled with... something I can't place.
