Paramedics arrive, and Julia almost dies of embarrasment

The ambulance arrived after around 15 minutes and the paramedics saw two girls - one still on the floor other still bundled up in the corner.

"I'm the one injured" Julia offered a helpful hint.
"Did she attack you?" one of the paramedics asked - raven haired one.
"No. It was an accident, but she does not live here."
"All-right. What happened?" asked the second paramedic - brunette.

Julia quickly described situation.

"You were right to call, head trauma is nothing trivial, but since you have no problem talking we'll probably just take you in for the observation. Let me get a gurney."
"Karolina! You can't stay here, but you can leave your backpack and come with me. She can ride with us right?" Julia was a bit disoriented, but still not going to leave a strange girl in her house.
One of the paramedics gave her a bit of a strange look but finally nodded as if to say: Not really, but I'll allow it.

He then walked to Karolina - who finally stood up in the meantime, leaned over and whispered something into her ear. Hearing that girl turned beet-red from the tip of her head to - probably - her feet. "It's not like, but yes, I will, ymm, can you wait outside for a minute?"
"No - procedures - but we will turn around." having said that they both did turn towards the walls.

Karolina walked to Julia and in turn whispered in her ear "Sorry, but where can I find your panties"

It was Julia's turn to turn beet red. She absolutely forgot that she only threw on a t-shirt that was acting as her nightgown, when she dressed up to open the door. She thought she has handled situation well until now, but she was absolutely not ready for this. She already must have flashed the paramedics, and now she either had to go to hospital without underwear, or let the suspicious girl rummage through her baggage - or worse retrieve a soaked panties from under her bed.

Finally. It was just a suspicion, but paramedics might have started getting a wrong idea about the relationship between them two.

Julia hesitated with a decision for a bit to long, and Karolina finally made a decision herself. She unbuckled her green monster of a backpack and started throwing stuff out of it onto the floor, before finally finding a plastic trash bag she was looking for.

She undid a knot and reached in only to pull out a pair of panties, get beet-red again - since they were black lace - put them back in the bag and pull out a regular pair of white cotton panties. She tested the stretchiness of them and rose up to put them on Julia.

Both girls tried to avoid looking into each other during the procedure, but in the end it was successful.

Paramedics wheeled Julia outside, then locked the door (with Karolina outside them), and with a small audience of neighbours carried injured girl into the ambulance. Karolina was made to ride in the cabin, and left off right before reaching the hospital to appease the regulations.

Observation lasted several hours and by the end of the day Julia was finally released.
