...I decide to go for the woman's clothes first, and replace 'Ostentatious and Wealthy Apparel' with 'Garish and Trashy Clothes.' Hopefully, this causes the prompt to **** her a bit.

The room is, naturally, just about unchanged. As for Lilian herself... her dress' center is covered with some kind of silvery, foil-like material and an absolutely ugly red jewel, while one of her shoulders is also randomly covered with this material. Her collar then inverts in colors and gains a red teardrop ruby and... that's pretty much it after she brings her hands forward to clasp in front of her rather than behind.
