Optional, Variant, and Suggested Rules
New Rules
Follow this chapter with contributed chapters suggesting additional rules. Maybe they'll apply only to your storyline, or maybe anyone could use them. Maybe they'll set up a new type of player character, such as a monster or other adversary working against Boarbristle Academy.
Suggested Rules
- Rules for having a "Hanger-On" -- like an enemy, but someone who likes you too much and gets in your way.
- Rules for owing favors and having goals -- focus for character actions over time.
- Rules for playing a Broom Polo match in detail.
- Rules for playing a monster or adversary player character. What do they want? What do they fear? What are their Moves?
- Rules for playing a teacher or staff member. What is important? What is different? What duties do they have?
