Where Will You Head To Now?

Onto The Streets

After having taken a few paces away from the dumpster you briefly turn around to see it sat alone in the fading light. A relieved sigh slips from your agitated lips as the thoughts of being further pursued by your former allies ebbs away. With each step, you become increasingly weary of every distant noise and shadow that crosses your immediate path.

The heat in your arm seems to intensify, a wince of pain surpasses your lips. Your ears twitch at the sound of a bloodcurdling scream which quickly transitions into a chorus of animalistic groans. Nearing the end of the dank alleyway you spy the main road up ahead and cautiously move towards it. Pushing yourself to the wall you suppress an agonising moan and stay in the shadows.
