I decide to keep playing with the situation and change 'One Hand Forward' to 'Hands Rubbing Big Pregnant Belly.'

Arma's tiara shifts from gold to silver while her large golden choker turns into a necklace of polished stones and a single emerald centerpiece. A lot of golden accessories in general vanish, leaving Arma undecorated below the neck except for the small stones threaded on the string between her fur bikini's cups. Her hands - as expected - slid onto her stomach as it swells up and she shifts her posture in her chair: most particularly, neither knee is raised above her groin anymore.

Well, that was straightforward. Now the Princess on the Queen's Throne swearing herself to my service is also pregnant, which may or may not be related to any of the aforementioned. What to do next?
