Omen City

With another Hero fallen, Omen City took another step towards complete chaotic rule. But it wasn't quite there yet -- and the Heroes that yet remained were going to do everything in their power to stop the criminals, supervillains, and kingpins that were running free.

Omen City's a tough place. Even for noble and powerful heroes, who knows what could end up happening?
