Not A True Village Per Se, But Something Called The Hidden Sage Village

Shisui Knew His Father Had Created A Hidden Village Long Ago, Called The Village Hidden By The Sages Or Sagegakure. Said To Be In The Land Of The Forgotten Mists, Sagegakure Was Almost Mythical, But Shisui Knew It Existed, He Was Born In The Leaf, But Remembered Being Raised At Sagegakure For A Time. He Knew The Land Well Enough, and Found It Easily, The Villagers Slept In Stasis Until They Were Needed, While Only A Token **** Watched Over The Village. The Village Was Protected By Thick Mists Which Only A True Sage Was Able To Safely Navigate. Shisui Was Heir To The First Sagekage, So The Villagers Were Honor Bound By Oath and Village Ties to Serve Him. The Mists Around The Valley Where The Village Was Located Was Created By Shisui's Father, As A Deterrent Against All But The Most Capable Of Foes.

Shisui Was A Sage, He Had Been Trained By His Mentor, Jiraiya Of The Leaf In Toad Sage Art Ninjutsu, But An Excursion To The Ryuchi Cave Granted Him The Perspectives His Father Had Found, The Dual Philosophies Of Snake and Toad Sage Art Styles. Shisui's Body, Immortal As It Was, Acquired A Unique Strength As A Result Of The Dual Acquisition, He Could Passively Absorb Natural Energy At A Continuos Pace, But Unlike A Certain Clan, He Wasn't Stricken With Insanity. Shisui Could Combine Tailed-Beast Mode With Sage Mode, But It Consumed A Lot Of Chakra and Stamina, and Shisui Was Basically A Demigod If Not A God In His Own Right, So That Was Saying Quite A Bit.

"Ah, Master Shisui, I Remember You, You Visited Us Fourteen Years Ago, When Your Father Revealed You To Us, I Was A Young Man Then, But I Remember Seeing You Clearly Then, As I Do Now. If Your Father and Clan Are As You Say, Then Per The Sagekage Code, Where Are Bound To Name You The Second Sagekage." Says The Captain, As He Kneels In Fealty, and His Subordinates Follow Suit. "Sagekage? I'm Just A Genin Of The Sand Though." Says Shisui. "Sand? Forgive Us Lord, But Your Father Is Of Leaf, As Is The Great Clan. How Is It You Serve The Sand?" Asks A Guard. "When The Uchiha Fell, My Mother's Half-Brother Sent Me To The Sand, To Protect Me." Says Shisui.

Shisui Silently Cursed His Father's Love Of Ceremony and Tradition, Because The Whole Involved and Complexity Used In The Ceremony Was So Much and So Involved It Couldn't Be Explained Satisfactorily. After Three Good Hours, Shisui Had Been Anointed Sagekage, and With It Came Authority To Mobilise His Fathers Extensive Military. Sagegakure Shinobi Were Not Considered True Jonnin Until They'd Mastered At Least One Sage Art Form. Their Genin Were Masters Of Cooperation Ninjutsu, Space-Time, Barrier, Sealing, Medical, Puppet, and Kenjutsu Techniques, Shinobi Typically Had Carefully Cultivated Talents For All Chakra Natures, and Were Proficient In Three-Man Chakra and Jutsu Combo's, For Instance A Wind and Fire-Style User Would Combine To Form A Scorch-Style Type Of Jutsu, Which Could Potentially Be Contained Inside An Earth Dome, Causing **** Physical Damage Via Blistering Heat and Temperatures. But Shisui Found That The Title Of Sagekage, Came With A Special Gift, A Special Weapon.......
