No... she is missing

You rush to the top, you nearly fall back down the hill countless times, and you push yourself so hard your legs almost give out. As you reach the top you set Yasmin down, rushing around looking for Rachel.

"Rachel!?!" You yell, worried.

The "grey" apes seem to be gone, you notice some dark red blood on the fallen leaves, along with a rifle laying on the ground.

"No, Rachel!?!" You yell, hoping to find her.

You mind races, she is not here maybe she was taken alive by them, perhaps she is just hiding. No, you cannot lose her too, no she has to be okay.

"Rachel!?!" You yell again.

"Aaron--" Yasmin says.

"Rachel, where are you!?!" You yell, ignoring her.

"Aaron!" She yells at you, "They must have taken her, see if you can pick up their trail."

She is right, you look around, you cannot see anything useful. You're panicking.

"Calm down, focus." She says, grabbing you by the shoulders.

You look into her eyes and begin to breathe. You scan around, you see trees with scorch marks from a plasma rifle, some scattered leaves, and then see a trail of blood leading off into the forest.

"There!" You announce, picking up the rifle off the ground, and begin running off into the forest.

"I'm going to kill them all!" you think as you begin to track the apes.
