Name your ship

"The Temptress," you say confidently.

"Okay," Blood says, slowly nodding her head as she mulls over the name. "The Temptation and The Temptress. I like how they sound together."

The rest of the crew makes their way to the docks and board the ship. After exchanging a few words with Captain Blood, the trio of supposed merchants disappears below deck.

"Alright boys," the Captain yells out at the assembled crewmen. "This beauty has been named The Temptress by our new First Mate, Jack." The men turn to look in your direction as you step forward to join the Captain's side. She continues her address. "Our first port of call is Santo Domingo. We'll drop off the former operators of this ship—and their certainly illegal cargo—and resupply." The expression on her face darkens. "Then we're hunting for that bilge rat Caesar, and every treasonous bastard who supported his plan to kill us and take our ship!"

The crew erupts into shouts and cheers. Technically it was Blood's ship that had been taken—but clearly the order to kill all of you in the jungle had left no goodwill toward their mutinous former crewmates.

Before the crew disperses, you start giving out orders to get the ship running and unfurl the sails. Finding the navigator, a man skilled at reading both maps and the positions of stars, you ask him to plot a course to your next destination.
