Moving on

Novac had recovered from the conquest of the Legion; though the population hadn't recovered from before the NCR-Legion war. Novac's citizens were constantly under fear of the Legion's wrath, should they step out of line. The Courier took time to inspect Novac, it had some sentimental value. It was the town where the Courier's deceased friend lived. Angel shed a tear; she didn't want Boone to go down that path, but due to differences of opinions, she wasn’t persuasive enough. The Courier had to move on; the Legion demanded no weakness. It still pained her heart; the loss of Boone. The Courier left Novac in a rush and headed towards Nelson.
