But some people are mean enough, smart enough, crazy enough, or hurt enough, that they live. And some of those survivors go on a crusade against the monsters.

Monster of the week is a role playing game by Evil Hat Productions, it’s main emphasis is less on the mechanics, and more on the story being told. Create your character(s), investigate, and fight the monster.

It is a mixture of Scooby Do, Buff the Vampire Slayer, Supernatural, and a bunch of other serialized adventure of the week series where the premise is X Monster is doing Y at Z location, stop it with A.
