Money talks

You tell her that you'll do it and she visibly relaxes, even going so far as to take your hands in yours. "Oh, thank you, thank you! I've been so deprived, I can't stand it anymore! You look down at her (and her plentiful cleavage) awkwardly. "So, do you want to get a room at an inn, or...?" She gets nervous again. "Well, I was thinking we could go to my home, if that's ok? You'll have to enter through the back, as my husband and I employ servants, and they can't know." It's a bit risky, but you're still game.

She walks you near her home, a stately building in the merchant quarter. Her husband must be pretty successful to afford such a nice building. It's no castle since in a city space is at a premium, but it is very well-kept and decorated. You continue to beg a few blocks away for a while after she enters, not wanting to enter at the same time as her. She sends as many of her servants out on errands as she can in the meantime, according to the plan she whispered to you. She was her usual nervous self when she related it to you, but nevertheless you could sense how proud and excited she was over it. After a reasonable amount of time, you sneak into the back of the house.

The bottom floor is empty, and you make it to the staircase without a problem. Things change once you reach the second floor. Peeking around the corner before going up, you look for danger. Your client's room is on the third floor, but between you and the other staircase is the only servant who seems to still be in the house, a young girl in a fine uniform dusting the expensive furniture. This is going to be difficult. You sit there and watch for a pattern in her work, hoping to find a chance to sneak by. The wait feels agonizing, but eventually you see an opening. She has finished the hallway and entered one of the rooms, leaving the door open. You gather your courage and start to tiptoe by, hoping to avoid detection.
