As I muse on Arma's foolishness, the magic activates again and--

--in my distraction, I fail to see what it changed. I know it must have changed something, but I can't quite place it. Perhaps Arma's new lover may have some idea, once Artram returns...? Oh, I do hope Artram does not over-react. Arma's class presents her certain... needs, after all, which are difficult for us to enable her to fulfill.

Of course, some punishment is still necessary. The foolish girl should have known better than to get right to fucking the man silly without even giving us a chance to investigate him and make sure he wasn't some kind of demonic infiltrator, but... I can't be too harsh on her. Artram's driven her half-mad with his refusal to accept the realities of how her class has twisted her around.

Yes, Arma's not that innocent girl anymore. She's a proper woman now and I should see about drilling that through Artram's dense skull, before it causes an even worse dilemma and we lose the kingdom's only heiress to his bleeding heart. And, well, I can hardly rule the kingdom by deposing its only heir. The unrest would be quite inconvenient, and - given her desperation - she makes for a good target to relieve stress, if nothing else. In the meantime... time... how... how did I get hold of this supposed 'James' device anyway? I... can't quite recall.
