Modest Breasts ---> Titanic Tits

I decide to fall back on something that works out well before and change her breasts. I replace 'Modest Breasts' with 'Titanic Tits' and... ahem. Wow. I don't know if my changes are compounding or if there was some kind of magic word I just put in (or removed) but that's... a lot.

First off, Sarah's skin has darkened to a rich bronze that nearly matches the gold of her bikini, and her hair has - conversely - lightened until it does nearly the same. Her big hoop ear-rings have gained a couple of layers to them, and she gazes at the camera with an easy, brazen confidence.

The drinks in the background are purple now, and there's also someone's back - presumably sitting at a different table. And there are various decorative items on the walls, although the only ones I can see clearly are a gold-plated dress and a sign advertising the club's dancers.

Finally, money is once more scattered across the table behind Sarah. If her name is even Sarah anymore.
