Mindy Knuckles vs. Adam Higbee; North vs. South

Well folks, tonight, it's an interesting match-up, the Great White North vs. The Land Down Under, snow vs. desert. Your favorite Canuck brawler, Mindy Knuckles! Facing off against her, that outback roughneck, the merc with the spirit of a gladiator, Adam "Shadow Ape" Higbee!

Mindy strode into the arena, "Time Stand Still" by Rush blaring, confidence radiating off of her like a bad sci-fi effect. Clad in a Maple Leafs jersey, black jeans and hightops, her Amazonian frame dwarfed her corner man, Eugene. At five-nine, the height difference was obvious, but judging from the bear hug they shared, it was clear that he was more than just "Mr. Mindy Knuckles" to her.

NOTE: Feel free to use Eugene for future threads. As I see it, he's more than a friend, but less than a lover/spouse to Mindy. I can't think of how he'd look, so it's up to anybody).

"All right, you guys ready to rock this joint?" Mindy shouted into the mic. The cheers coming from fans clad in red-and-white apparel could've shattered windows. "Let's just find out if this Sasquatch - " she jerked a thumb at herself " - can survive against that drop-bear in camouflage!"

The lights dimmed a bit, as music began playing. It took a moment for some fans to recognize it as a metal rendition of "Waltzing Matilda". Adam Higbee began heading to the ring, accompanied by his part-time valet, Chance. Adam, shirtless, clad in urban-patterned camo pants, black boots and gloves, and dogtags, showed no emotion on his face. Dark green stripes criss-crossed his face like a tiger's. Approaching the ring, Chance whispered words of encouragement/advice as they walked. The half-Asian girl's navy-blue jumpsuit was partially unzipped, giving the fans an excellent view of her impressive cleavage.

Climbing into the ring, the opponents just maintained eye-contact, neither of them speaking as the referee explained to them (and the audience) what would be transpiring. It'd be just a straightforward match: First knockout, pin or submission would win.

"So, you two got all that?" The opponents both nodded, trying to get into the right frame of mind. "Let's begin!"
