Across the ages its seen the rise and fall of empires, those falls be it natural, magical or political disasters that ravaged them to where they only exist in the history books leaving behind ruins of treasure, secrets and magic items. Ruins and wilds that would have to be explored that contained all mythical and magical beasts fitting for a fantasy world.

For good measure you placed the current state as a couple centuries after the fall of a great empire on one continent where breakaway states and successors kingdoms took up the bulk of greater north-eastern chunk of continent and the western continent was a mass of different kingdoms, theocracies, small empires and other governance of great wealth and population eyeing each other up in power games and power plays searching for or creating weaknesses to strike at.

Magic would exist, however the magical strength to overpower kingdoms and empires was a rarity only found in legends. Making the powerful magic items found in ruins all the more valuable, to where a major magical artifact could get the adventurer landed or for an adventuring noble advance their position or usurp the line of inheritance where even a tenth child could be placed as first in line to inherit.

For the inhabitants there would be a diversity of races from the standard Human, elves and dwarves joined by races such as dark elves, amazons, centaurs, demons, angels and more.

One big split among the races was by being categorized as civilized in that they easily build cities and uncivilized races that always struggle to develop beyond tribes though groups and individuals from those races can integrate into other cultures, there would remain tribes and groups of them wandering the world causing calls to adventure by raiding villages or making trouble for entire kingdoms.

Including among the races of the world were animal people like in anime who only had ears and tails, they be collectively known as beastfolk. Because you were a sucker for catgirls and bunnygirls…

The inhabitants are also subconsciously predisposed towards being convinced into giving sexual rewards or adding them to rewards, acts, favors, bigamy, polygamous relationships or as a method to resolve problems. Sometimes these desire rises to being conscious ones they act on, these instances are treated as if racy but unremarkable though the sexual aspect still does affect peoples decisions. Such manifestations would be the reward for clearing the rats in the inns basement includes a night with the innkeeper's daughter or wife with the money, or a request for adventurers being a count asking for a man to join him in a threesome with his mistress or wife.

Towards me the subconscious predisposed is far stronger making it easy to talk them into those arrangements but going further than that allowing seduction, polyandry, as payment, forming a harem with minimal friction between women, into letting me get in on or manipulate existing relationships and there's a far greater tolerance for sexual acts they can be convinced into that would be otherwise rejected or too great of a faux pas. Instead they find the ideas their talked into agreeable, offers and deals are perceived as good/fair or think it was their own idea.

Inhabitants will not realize this predisposed exists or exploit it beyond any reasonable extent. You were the one who'd exploit this after all, though you did give the bards their due.

Sex to the inhabitants is a more socially casual topic, stand out examples are: For civilized races red light districts are never banned, groping, copping a feel and dry humping is tolerated, with sexual interest being proportional to the length and style of these acts, short duration among friends are seen as a sign of affection, and if appreciated and is mutually protractedly reciprocated it is usually an invitation for sex, more often than not if a woman is groping for a sustained period it's an invitation and worship often includes suggestive acts or prayers.

For uncivilized races they mentally consider anywhere ‘indoors’ as sufficiently private for sex, their indoor and outdoor mental divide applies to daily acts such as changing clothes and their women are very forthright in their sexual interest. Similar to the civilized races groping is acceptable being seen as friendly, a complement or expressing sexual interest and their allowance extends up to light petting and dry humping with bare genitals touching the victims/recipant.

For friendships between women sexual foreplay is considered a natural part of friendship and building bonds of comradery between women.

All races no matter their dispositions or culture are friendly or welcoming to me giving me entrance to any settlement and offering hospitality.

Blessing and other matters typically dispensed by gods for Haverty are handled by the head Angel of Haverty.

Haverty is special to Succubi and Incubi as not only their chief god, but they believe their two races are his harem and servants respectively as they dedicate their every carnal act as worship to Haverty.

The other races who hold him as their chief god are the Beastfolk races as their gods are his pets.

For the native races the Succubi, Incubi and only high clergy of Beastfolk can recognize me as Haverty on sight. Uncivilized races shamans and clergy will sense me as a holy being of Haverty and their normal number will very light sense something sacred about me demanding their homage. Civilized races have no intrinsic ability to sense or know of my ‘nature’ as Haverty.

Haverty's angelic servants can recognize their god and the head angel can sense my location, unless commanded or asked by me they will not reveal my identity or address me as Haverty though will show great deference.

One of the worlds great cosmic secret that Haverty or rather ‘I’ am the true creator god of the world, a secret known only to the gods and the greatest demons or spirits of knowledge. This connection gives the spirits of this universe a very admiring deposition towards me even if they don’t know why.
