Meet the new neighbor (Alpha +1)

John walks outside to meet this black guy who were probably hitting on his ladies. He step out the door making all three of them stare back at him.

He stride over with a little swag in his pacing. "Hi mom and sis. Who is this?"

The black man extend his hand. "I'm Rich. I live down the street in that big house." He said nodding to a large brick house.

John grab the man hand. The black guy name Rich squeezing hard. He seem to be trying to not break John hand but measuring him up. John indulges in this child like behavior by applying more pressure to Rich hand. They both stay like this for two minutes.

Janice, John step sister, interrupting. "Can you guys stop with this dick measuring contest."

John smile breaking away. Rich outstretch his fingers. They hurting from John strong hand shake. Janice shock to see her weak brother going toe to toe with Rich.

Lisa said. "I guess this is goodbye. We need to finishes up packing."
