Meanwhile...

Megan and Tanya sauntered off to class, thrilled that Megan’s quick thinking seemed to have found a loophole around Tanya’s curse. While she was not exactly thrilled about the prospects of being forever bound to follow unquestionably follow every order Megan issued, Tanya did feel that it was a significant improvement in her situation. Megan, on the other hand, was rather conflicted. She was not sure what she would do with her new “toy” now that she had complete control over the girl walking next to her. Also, she was not entirely certain that her attempt to sidestep this curse with logic would work, or if it did, for how long?

As it turned out, Megan’s doubts were well founded. Well founded indeed. While the two gorgeous young women walked through their high school’s hallways an elderly looking woman was shuffling down dark alleyway across town, when suddenly she stopped. She remained motionless for a few seconds, then an eerie smile cracked across her lips. “Very clever. That is an approach I have not seen yet in trying to evade one of my spells.” The woman muttered, as if she was talking to some unseen person. “Well, I cannot fault you too much for what your little friend just did my dear. Then again, I do not think I can let such egregious actions go unpunished. Now, I just need to think of the best way to respond to your clever little friend’s interference.”
