Luna’s Request

“Luna wants a sister. More specially she wants you as a sister. Unfortunately, you lack certain innate talents that Luna has. You’ll never have the kind of power she has. However, I can give you a taste of it. And, you of course will help keep her on the right path.”

She waved her hand and an ugly black lump of flesh appeared.

“I’m afraid this will hurt, my daughter.”

“Daughter?”

“Yes, Mary. You suckled from me and you do want to be Luna’s sister, don’t you.”

A confused Mary nodded.

A clawed hand shot out, punching a hole in Mary’s forehead.

She screamed.

Maddy gently placed the lump of black flesh inside Mary’s head. Then waved her hand over it healing it.

“There, better than new.”

Mary felt strange.

“I’m afraid I have to go, daughter. As is I’ll have only a little time to spend with your friend Lily Marsh.”
