Lots Of Talking

Me and my gramps sit in silence for a few moments. He suddenly stands up and sighs.

"Eric, do you know what this is?" He asks taking out a small golden crystal from a box on the floor. I shake my head no and he explains. "This is a Storage Crystal. It's basically a spatial pouch, but only the registered user can access it. Anyway the reason I ask is that your mother and father left it for you. It's how they planned to make up the fact that they kept the Lyna world a secret from you."

"What's inside?" I ask and he shrugs.

"No idea, I'm not a registered user, you are. They made you it after they put whatever is inside it, inside. However that was before the seal was made and you became the Flame Devil. Now your Mana Circuits have changed so much that you can't use it as you are now. The only way to open it is to break your second seal." He says tossing the crystal to me and I sigh.

"What do you mean by my Mana Circuits changed too much?"

"When you became the new Flame Devil your Mana Circuits became marked. This is something all Devils get. It's how the Demon God connects to you. But don't worry, the only ones who can see it are Sensors. However, unless they've seen a Devil before they'll most likely assume you've used a spell or Stigma that changed your Circuits. Anyway, the Crystal needs your Mana Circuits. But they've changed, not only have you became the Flame Devil but you've also lost your nature. That affected your Circuits as well. So if you want to open that you'll need it back." He says and I smile. So, now I have a reason. Guess I have ****. If Asami finds out about this she'll go crazy until I open this. She's as curious as a cat, but don't tell her that again. I still don't understand how she got made at that. I thought it was funny. I think before looking back up.

"Fine, I'll break the seal. You could've just asked, y'know." I say and he laughs.

"That's not any fun though." He says like it's a valid reason. We then start talking about my journey in the Ruins before I leave. Once I'm back home I enter my Domain and remember two things I need to do. I don't find anyone so I enter the Master bedroom and go to my Guildmasters desk. I find my report on the Ruins and see Asami filled in most of what I needed to. I smile and finish it before sending it to Triss. I then leave and go find the girls. I quickly find Luna and Innu sparring.

"Master, welcome home!" Innu says when she sees me.

"Thanks, Innu how are you liking the Katana?" I ask her as she and Luna stop and walk up to me.

"It's fine, but I can't use my full Strength. It's hard to describe." She answers and gives me an idea.

"Innu come here real quick." I say running inside. I go up to my Storage Chest and take out my Cerberus Hammer. "Try swinging this." I say and hand it to her. She takes it and shivers.

"This doesn't feel good." She says confused and I see her wings go limp.

"It's a weapon that blocks your magic. But I don't want you to use it in battle. I want you to swing it and see if it'll be something you'll like. If so I'll make you a different one." I tell her and she nods. She swings it and I see her smile.

"It does feel better. But I want to have a blade. I'm not a fan of hammers." She says.

"What about a two handed sword then?" I ask her and she shrugs.

"I'm not sure. It sounds nice but I won't know until I try one." She says and I nod. I suddenly get an idea and take out my phone. I text Kallen and Kagiyama, who gave me their numbers when we entered a pact. I ask them if either has a two handed sword that's used for practice that I could borrow. As I go to put my phone in my pocket I feel it vibrate and see Kallen responded. He says they do and he'll send it with Myla tomorrow. I thank him and turn back to Innu.

"Innu, tomorrow after school I'll have a practice sword for you to try." I say and she thanks me. I put the Cerberus Hammer up as Asami and Ramia appear.

"It's time for dinner." Asami says while presenting a opened container of food. Ramia has one as well and they start setting them down before I stop them.

"Hang on, I made this earlier and forgot to place it before I left." I say taking the table I made in school and placing it. Fortunately when I Crafted it, its icon had chairs. After placing it I see it still has the chairs. It's a long rectangular table with ten chairs. It has three on each long side and two on the shorter ones. Asami thanks me and she places her container on it. She then disappears for a bit before coming back with plates and silverware. Ramia and I help her set the table and we eat. The girls mostly ask Ramia about herself, wanting to get to know her. They ask normal questions like what her favorite color is or her favorite food. At the end of dinner I look outside and see it's already night. I go to bed and Asami follows me. We lay down and I fall asleep with her.
