Another Day

I wake up and open my eyes. I look around and see Asami and Luna in their PJS on my right. I see Innu's wearing hers as well on the other side of them. I start sitting up and see Eimbis in his chest bed. I suddenly feel something grab my left arm and turn to look. I see Ramia in her own PJS. Hers can't hold her massive breasts and show her cleavage. Her arms are wrapped around mine. I smile and carefully remove my arm without waking her. I step out of the room and check the time. I see I have a few minutes before my alarm would go off. I snooze it and go shower. While showering I get my Daily Quests.

I stare the second quests pop up stunned. The hell!? Did someone make this? I thought it was my magic or the way my powers worked that caused all this game like stuff. But is someone actually making all these? That would explain the messages. I just assumed it was how the magic system informed me. I got one on my first day and just assumed it was informing me I became a Lyna. So is someone making these quests? If so who and why? The Reward is Me!, does that mean whoever it is will appear? But why? What do they want with me? The only way I'll figure it out is of I meet them, so I guess I only have one option. I think before accepting both quests. I finish showring and call the principal and tell him that I have some guild stuff to do today and can't make it. He tells me he'll mark me down as sick and warns me that the other teachers are getting suspicious with how much I've been absent lately. I thank him and hang up. Since I took my time in the shower Asami has just finished breakfast. I help her take it to my Domain and we set the table. The others are all woken up and I see she cooked some beef for Eimbis. She put it on a plate on the ground and he eats it. I decide to tell them now.

"So." I start after Asami finished telling Ramia about her ring. "I'm not going to school today."

"Why not?" Asami asks suspiciously.

"I'm going to break my other seal today. I'm not sure how long it'll take though." I answer, which is the truth. I have no idea if I spent an hour or a few minutes fighting Zeferon.

"Any s-specific reason?" Ramia asks. Fortunately Asami has already told her about my seal and the Devils. However she did decline letting Asami use her memory sharing ability.

"My gramps gave me a Storage Crystal. But it won't work for me because my Mana Circuits are different now. The only way to use it is to unseal my nature." I answer, which again isn't a lie. I'm just not saying the full truth.

"When are you going to do it?" Luna asks me excitedly.

"After breakfast." I answer her and she nods happily.

"Where are you g-going to do it a-at?" Ramia asks and I shrug.

"I'm not sure. Probably the bedroom or somewhere outside." I say.

"Could you d-do it in the Alchemy Workshop?" She asks.

"Sure, why?"

"I w-want to observe t-the process. Y-you might e-emanate some mana u-unique to you and you m-mother. I'd like to a-analyze it." She answers.

"Sure, as long as it won't interfere with the seal or the removal of it."

"It w-won't!" Ramia answers excitedly. We finish eating and she practiced drags me upstairs. Once we're up she grabs a few wires and cables. "Put t-these on please." She says handing them to me. I take them but look at them confused. They have small circular pads on the ends like I've seen on heart monitors in movies.

"Where do I put these?" I ask. "Also, where'd you get these? I don't remember seeing these before."

"R-right, sorry. I brought t-these. I have a S-Spatial Pouch. I put m-my equipment in it. A-and you need to t-take off y-your shirt." She says blushing. I nod and store it away in my inventory. She helps me place the pads on my chest, shoulders, neck and one on my forehead. Once she's done she turns to where the cords are connected. It's a small box with a few more tubes coming out the other side. I see her flick a few switches and turn a dial. It starts to emit a faint sound and a green light appears on top. "It's working!" She says happily and I smile.

"Am I good to start?" I ask her and she nods.

"Yes s-sorry. I'm just e-exited." She says and I chuckle.

"Don't worry. It's fine. I'm not going to get upset for waiting a little longer. Besides, as long as you enjoy it it's worth it." I say and she blushes before turning back around. I smile again and close my eyes. This time however, instead of thinking of Bergeth or Gaia, I think of the space the light and darkness was in. I think of my soul and my mother. After a few minutes I open my eyes and see I'm floating in light. I look down and see my body, already wearing my armor and with my Katana at my side. I look around and find the figure in the light. It takes a moment since before it was easier with it being on the opposite side of me than the darkness. I start swinging my arms like I'm swimming to it but I don't move. I sigh and think of getting closer to the figure. I appear a few feet in front of them and take a look. I've never been able to see it before and I've always been curious. Unlike my blood seal, my nature seal shouldn't have a consciousness. So I've been thinking about what I would be fighting. But I never thought of this. I see myself, with purple hair and glowing purple eyes. I'm, well he's wearing a white suit and tie.

"Hello?" I say and he looks up at me.

"Hello." He answers calmly. His voice sounds exactly like mine. Which is weird, since the voice I hear when I talk isn't what others hear. Despite this it sounds the same as when I talk. We both remain silent for a few moments.

"So, how do I break the seal?" I ask, hoping that since he didn't try to kill me yet I might be able to talk it out.

"You kill me." He answers, again, calmly. I sigh and use Observe on him

He's the same level as me. And he is whatever my mom was. Which makes sense. I think to myself before an odd feeling comes over me. I feel my skin shiver, like someone just viewed into my soul.

"Not bad. I expected you to be weaker." He says and I realize he Observed me.

"Do you have all my skills and spells?" I ask and he shakes his head no.

"No, I don't have your Devil, Darkness, Gaias or Ancient Beast magic. Those were given to you. Not the seal on you." He answers.

"Are you sure you should be telling me this? We do have to fight after all." I say trying to hide my nervousness.

"I know, and this may surprise you but I want you to kill me. I don't actually exist. I'm the REDACTED seal turned into a physical form. I want you to break it and become whole." He says smiling. When he said REDACTED it hurt my ears. I heard him say something else but my mind covered it up. It's like my magic erased it and replaced it while I was hearing it. But what I am sure of, is that I heard him say something else. But I couldn't make it out though all the static I heard. "I'm sorry. I forgot you can't hear it yet." He continues.

"What do you mean?" I ask and he shakes his head no again.

"Sorry, but I can't say anymore. All I can say is that it will become clear once you break the seal." He says before reaching out. The light around us vanishes and is replaced by my Domain. I see we're standing on one of my floating islands. I can even see the other two and my cabin. "We aren't actually here." He says before I can ask. "It's just hard to fight in a bright light." He says before he claps and slowly pulls his hands apart. I look at him in shock as a Katana seems to appear from his palms. Unlike his clothes, it's black. He finishes and grabs its grip. He then points it at me. I draw my own and cast Ancient Beastial Strength while taking my boots, claws and horns out. "Are you ready?" He asks and I take a deep breath before answering.

"Yes."
