I land on the pillar and see lots of feathers. I Observe them and pick them up.

Griffin Feathers(28) Epic Crafting Material

These feathers were shed by a Griffin. This particular Griffin resided in some Ruins causing the feathers to be slightly better than normal. The feathers contain the beasts affinity for wind magic. They can be used to make anything but will always enhance affinity with wind or cause the item to gain wind properties.

While gathering the feathers I discover a small chest. It's about as big as the distance from my elbow to my wrist. Their's a small lock on the front. I grab the lock and pull it. It stays but I can see a few cracks have appeared. I pull again but harder this time and the lock gives out after a minute. I open the box and Observe the necklace inside.

Druids Necklace Lvl 40, Epic

This necklace is made of silver and decorated with various green gems. It can boost the magic of the wearer. Gives +100 HP, +4 HP/Hour Regen and +5 INT. Requirements: Can only be worn if you have a Dryads favor. Hidden Properties: If the wearer uses any magic that is connected to nature like Nature, Water, Grass or more then the magic boost is doubled. Durability 150/150.

I sigh and think to myself. How much can I get for this? It is good, but no one I know meets the requirements and I doubt Dryads are gonna give out favors like candy. So I'll just sell it. I will ask the girls though. Maybe they know someone who can use it. I jump down and use my wings to slow my descent. I land next to the girls and they walk over to me.

"So?" Liz asks me and I shrug.

"Some feathers and a necklace. The necklace is good, but it requires having a Dryads Favor to be worn. So I'll probably sell it unless you guys know anyone." I say and show them the necklace. Liz proudly steps forward and spreads her arms out, showing herself off.

"I happen to have a Dryads Favor." She says.

"Wait how? And what exactly is a Dryad?" I ask her and she looks at me like I'm an idiot.

"Do you know what Fae are?"

"Yes, are Dryads Fae?"

"Yep. But unlike most Fae, Dryads try to avoid killing. They protect forests that are rich in mana. This is because the Dryads are born from it, so to them they're protecting their mother. So they'll only ever shoo people away. Normally by scaring them but sometimes they use ****. It's for this reason that the government usually enters an agreement with them. They help protect it and in return they give some of the forests magical bounties they have no use for. I got my Favor from them after, well more like during the time, they raised me."

"Wait. They raised you?"

"Yep, they found little baby Liz crying alone and they hate killing. They'll do anything else they can think of before killing. So when they found me they couldn't leave me because I was a baby. That would count as killing, at least for them. So they kept me and planned to raise me until I could fend for myself. But they grew attached and after they discovered I was a Lyna they decided to teach me their ways."

"Hang on. Are you sure you want to tell me this?"

"Yeah, I'm not ashamed of it or anything so I don't mind." She says while smiling mischievously, obviously having another reason.

"Sure, I'll assume that's why, for now. Anyway here. It'll boost your spells." I say handing her it. She looks to me shocked before backing away.

"No. Nope! It's yours. Yours! Besides you said it boosts magic right? So why..." She starts before I cut her off.

"Yes it boosts magic. But it requires a Dryads Favor, which I don't have. However if you use magic that is closely related to Nature, which I only have one of, then the boost is doubled."

"But It's yours. You should keep it either in case you get a Dryads Favor of if you get a guild member with one."

"Nah, you take it. Otherwise I'll scrap it. Did I mention my Craft skill can disassemble items? I haven't tried it yet but I should test it out." I say and reach my other hand around it. I use Craft on it but only to let her see that I have. I'm hoping her Sensor eyes won't be able to tell that I chose the repair option, which failed because it's at max durability.

"Wait!" She shouts and I smile. "I'll take it." She says, and it turns into a whisper at the end. I smile and put it on her.

"Beautiful." I say reflexively but still mean it. The color of the gems match her hair and outfit perfectly.

"You two are as stubborn as a mule." Myla says placing her hand on Liz's shoulder. "You should've known that once Eric decides on something, he won't let up until it happens. Liz chuckles and looks down at the necklace. I see a faint blush on her face before Luna grabs me.

"Come on! Time to go!" She says impatiently and we move on.
