You and Lin sit at the table, as her mother pours you all tea.”So Lin tell me, how did you meet this man?” She asks.

“This is Mike! He’s the one that bought me.” She says, making her crest glow so her mother can see.

“Let me fix that.” You say, putting a finger on the crest, before completely shattering it.

“What have you done? Are you okay Lin?” She asks worriedly, making you realize that most people can’t break crests like that without backlash.

“I’m fine mom! Mike is an extraordinary mage. I didn’t feel the crest break!” Lin says, assuring her that’s she’s fine. She then tells her mom about how she became a ****, and how you saved her. You also learn the mother’s name is Namira.

“Thank you son much for saving Lin! I had no idea she had to endure such horrors!” Namira says, tears running down her face as she listened to her daughter’s tragic story.

“I’ll join! I’m sure he’ll enjoy having us both.” Lin says, completely embarrassed to say such shameless words.
