What the hell should she do?
Learn to love being a girl
"Hmm," you make a show of mulling things over "I'll do what I can to help but I think we should consider the possibility you could be stuck like this for a while."
"Yeah, I guess," Steve agrees "I've been thinking I should come out as a girl, get it over with, but I still don't really feel like a girl even though I definitely look like one now."
"Prehaps....No, forget it, that's a sillly idea."
"What?" Steve jumps on your feigned hesitation eager to hear any idea you might suggest "Seriously, I'm ready to try just about anything at this point."
"Well, I was thinking. You could try being a girl? More than physically I mean."
"Oh no I couldn't!" Steve blushes a pretty shade of pink at your suggestion "I could never pull it off. If people see me mincing around in a dress they'll think I'm some kind of drag queen."
You can't help laughing at that. The idea that anyone could look at Steve as she is now and see anything but a gorgeous woman is too absurd.
"Sorry sorry," you apologise seeing her hurt expression "I just don't think that'll be a problem. Come on, give it a try, just for the weekend."
You can see the conflict on Steve's face but eventually the trust for you the typewriter instilled in her wins out.
"Okay, just for the weekend," she agrees "but where do we even start?"
Where do you start?
