Lay down some ground rules

I was happy to have Tayuya staying in my house, but I wasn't about to have her walk all over me.

"Before that, we need to get one thing straight."

Tayuya turned slowly to face me, and she looked almost shocked. The severe tone I was using was obviously not something she was used to hearing, even if she was a robot girl. "Excuse me?"

"You need to realize just how lucky you are to be out of jail. I'm taking you in out of the goodness of my heart, and if you're going to be living in my house, you're going to play by my rules."
"You're welcome to my fridge, but you get no beer, no **** of any kind. You'll call me by my name, and I'll call you by yours. And if you..." I trailed off. I had expected her to yell back at me, but not to...smile. It was a devious one, but a pleased smile nonetheless.
