Kiona's inner desires are unleashed.

"Mari, have I ever told you that you're... really pretty?" Kiona asked to the surprise of Marigold and herself.

Marigold's cheeks flushed red as she tried to stammer out a response. "W-what? You th-... you think I'm pretty?"

Kiona had always considered her close friend to be attractive. Mercy was a pretty perfect choice for her to cosplay, with the exception of the difference in chest size of course. They had the same fine features, flawless complexion and pale skin, and even Marigold's voice gave the impression of a calming healer.

On top of all these things, however, was a newly ignited passion within Kiona's core. Something she'd tried to keep suppressed because she knew her chaste, pure-hearted best friend would probably faint at the idea of two girls kissing. The fact of the matter was that Kiona was attracted to Marigold, and she suddenly felt as if she couldn't ignore it any more.

"I do," was all Kiona said before leaning in and pressing her lips against Marigold's.

Marigold was absolutely stunned. Her best friend was kissing her! In public! And she was a girl! But what was even more insane was that she liked it! Marigold's heart fluttered, her eyes closed and she felt herself leaning in to the kiss.

Between Kiona's chemically-induced courage and Marigold's timid and confused nature, there was no telling where their kiss was going.
