What's next?
Kase's Departure Part 1.
[Kase point-of-view]

"Come in!"
"Are you leaving already?" Agnes asked from behind her desk.
"Yes, I just came to pick up Syvis."
"Hmm, I see your relationship with her is improving."
"I would not say our relationship is in the state I would like, but at least she tolerates my presence now."
From the beginning, I knew that lowering Syvis's guard would be difficult. I imagine Darx opened his mouth and must have told her about the things I've done to him. Fortunately, Syvis has been coming twice a week to the mansion to check on Mili, and thanks to that and the time we spent in the guild, I have managed to improve my image in front of her.
In addition, Mili seems to have found in Syvis a role to follow. Syvis has yielded to Mili's pleas and started teaching her a little about magic and alchemy. It's an unexpected but welcome help to hear Milli suggesting to Syvis that she would like her to live in the mansion and hinting that she thinks Syvis and I are already in a love relationship.
"Maybe you're not as good with girls as you think. I thought you'd have won her over by now." Agnes told me sarcastically.
"You shouldn't underestimate me. I assure you that you will be attending my wedding with Syvis soon."
"Hmm, let's hope that's true."
I made this conclusion some time ago. I will marry Syvis, Ilene, Amelia, and Tricia. With that, I will inherit the head of my family and then take the position of Agnes and become the guild master of Oblivion. Is my destiny!
"By the way, you will pass through the red village." Agnes spoke, "Syvis likes hot springs. Make sure she has a good time while you are there, and you'll earn some points with her."
"Got it. I've been there before, so I know where to take her."
"Aggg, I don't even want to ask why you went to that place."
"Don't tell me you never went to have a good time at that place in your youth? I heard you liked having a good time on your good days."
"I'm not going to talk about it with you. Now go!" Agnes answered me in an angry tone.
"Okay... I'll be back in a couple of weeks."
I was already on my way to the door when she called me one more time, "Wait! There are two more things I want to tell you."
"Huh? You just told me to get out."
"Shut up!"
Agnes stared at me in silence for a few seconds looking a little worried, which was strange.
"Kase, there are two warnings I want to give you. First, I got information this morning that the guild heading to the ruins on behalf of the Beast-Kind is the Stormbirds. Which means..."
"Maiya will be there...!" I finished her sentence, "I imagined this could happen, but that would complicate things quite a bit."
"From experience, I tell you that fights between S-Rank can be brutal, so keep your guard up at all times."
"Are you worried about me? It's weird! I thought you didn't like me."
"Do you think I'd leave the guild to someone I don't like!? Or even more so, let him take care of my best friend?"
"If you put it that way..."
"I've known you since you were a child, and I know you didn't have the easiest of childhoods. You have overcome too many obstacles, and I hope you continue to do so. And even though there are things about your personality that I don't like, I have high expectations of you, so don't let me down and come back alive and take care of my guild and my best friend."
"You're going to make me cry," I said sarcastically.
"Idiot! And the other thing I wanted to tell you is to please take care of Syvis. She is incredibly strong, but she almost certainly won't get along with the rest of your party. I know that she has said she has gotten used to being poorly treated because of her race, but that does not mean we should leave her alone. On the contrary, I hope you help her even if she rejects your help."
"That was my plan from the beginning. You have nothing to worry about. I'll take care of Syvis, and who knows, maybe my relationship with her will improve a lot during this trip."
"Good luck!" Agnes said with a smile.
Leaving Agnes's office, I headed over to where Syvis is staying. I didn't lie when I said that I have great expectations to finally make a move on Syvis now that we will have a lot of time together. And I think I've found a way.
I always found it odd that Syvis didn't have the same sexual urges as the other dark elves. That race is cursed or, in some cases, blessed to have an almost insatiable sexual appetite. And the reason is because of their goddess.
[Aena] is the goddess of pleasure and fertility and has passed these characteristics on to her people. Everyone who has been in bed with someone of that race says that it is the best sex they have ever had. Also, to satisfy their sexual desire, it is not uncommon for them to have more than one sexual partner, even if they are in a stable relationship. They see sex as something that is not taboo, and thanks to the fact that women can decide when and with whom to get pregnant, they can enjoy sex to the fullest.
It is a very different way of seeing sex compared to the other races, and that is why Syvis's attitude seemed so strange to me. At least until recently.
I think I know now the reason why Syvis is so different. The trick seems to be in the orange potion she usually drinks. I see it is a potion she always carries with her and drinks twice or thrice daily. If my conclusion is correct, that keeps her race's instincts in check.
What if she doesn't take it? Would all that accumulated lust come to light? Even if she has sex with Darx, I imagine she still drinks that position. I don't think even she knows what will happen if she stops. If I can find the perfect moment, I don't think I have to use my powers on her to make her mine.
*KNOK* *KNOK* *KNOK*
I knock on Syvis's door, but as usual, she doesn't answer.
Open the door and enter. I've been looking for any excuse to come see Syvis, which is why I already know the inside of her home.
"Syvis! Where are you?" I yelled.
She didn't reply, but I heard noise from the room where she has her alchemy room. I opened the door, and there was Syvis taking potions out of a cabinet and putting them into her magic bag.
"Are you ready?" I asked.
"Kase, I already told you not to come into my house as if it belongs to you," Syvis answered in an annoyed tone but without turning to see me.
"I knocked on the door, but as usual, no one answered."
"I'm busy, so I don't have time for that."
"I see that," I reply, "We still have time, so don't rush."
I stood silently leaning against the wall, watching Syvis pack what she needed moving from side to side while her enormous breasts would not stop swinging. I don't know why she always wears such provocative or revealing clothes, but it pleases the eye. After a while, she finally finished packing her bags.
"I'm ready. Let's go!" Syvis said while walking past me, heading to the main entrance.
Before, she consistently rejected my invitations or avoided being with me, but after a lot of work, now she automatically assumes that we will go together. Things are going well.
"Did you say goodbye to Milli? She seemed pretty sad that you wouldn't see her for a couple of weeks. I'd say she was sadder not seeing you than me."
"Yesterday, I saw her for a moment."
"She sure asked you to get her something. Every time I go out to a new place, Mili asks me to bring her something from there."
"We're not going on a joyride, so there's no time for that. Besides, she'll soon be able to go to those places herself."
It is true. Thanks to Syvis, Mili's illness is almost cured. In a short time, Mili went from being a girl who couldn't get out of her bed to a girl that is practicing to be an adventurer. It is a debt for which I will always be grateful to Syvis.
"Do you need to go somewhere else first?" I asked after we got into my carriage.
"I don't need to go anywhere. Let's go to the meeting place."
It seems that she already said goodbye to Darx. It makes me laugh to think what Darx must be thinking. Surely he is confused, not knowing how to act now that his girlfriend is in a rival party and even more so that she is with me. Unfortunately for him, his worst nightmares will soon come true. I don't intend to miss this opportunity. I have everything planned.
It's all arranged so that Syvis and I travel alone in a single carriage for the entire trip. Even the members who will go with us have a purpose. Agnes gave me the freedom to choose the members who would go on this quest. I purposely chose the adventurers who would follow my orders or will naturally isolate Syvis, which would **** her closer to me. Oblivion and Dark Dragons are one of the few guilds that can afford to have A-Rank members to spare, and that will serve me a lot this time.
Arriving at the city's exit, three of our party members were already waiting. Elan, Gin, and Diva. Elan and Gin are the two members of Oblivion with whom I have the most contact. They are both quite capable, and I know they will follow my orders.
Elan is a Beast-Tamer who was my mentor when I was in the castle, and I know he has skills that will be very helpful to us. He has an eloquent personality and is as loving of women as I am. He has the talent to brighten the atmosphere even at funerals, making him a good companion, especially at parties.

Gin is a mage who specializes in electricity. The type of magic that he uses is perfect to use in places without much space, such as caves. He, accompanied by the summoner Syvis, will give our party an excellent ranged attack area. Besides, he knows what I plan with Syvis and will help me.

Diva, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. She is an antisocial who is only interested in the battle. She is a cold-blooded samurai that I know will not hesitate to kill any enemy that comes her way. Naturally, she won't be interested in Syvis in the least, which benefits me.

Moments later, the two sisters, Celeste and Valeria, arrived. They are heiresses of one of the most important noble families and stand out for having an absurd obsession with pureblood, as they call it. Or in simple terms, they don't like anyone who isn't a legitimate noble.
"What is a Dark Elf doing here?" It was the first thing Celeste said upon arrival, "Are you bringing her here to entertain the men on the trip?"
"I know that Agnes gave you the freedom to create the party for this quest; however, I disagree with some of the members. Syvis and Elan shouldn't be here." Valeria added.
"Hey, why not me?" Elan asked, surprised.
"You heard what Agnes said the other day about the secret information. The other guilds don't know that it is not a normal temple we are going to and that it is some kind of dungeon," Valeria continued, "Someone with your class is of no use to us there."
"And the Dark Elf is a nuisance to look at," Celeste added to the harassment.
Seeing Syvis, she seems not to care about the words of the two sisters and seems more concerned, looking at the area where the members of Midnight Dawn are. I assume she's looking for Darx.
"You two have no right to an opinion, and you will only do what I tell you," I responded authoritatively to their arrogance.
"Do you think I'll obey a bastard? As much as you are Agnes's favorite, it doesn't take away th-"
Before she could finish what she was saying, I used my skills to disappear from her sight and reappear behind Celeste, holding my dagger against her throat, creating a small wound.
"You talk like I care what you think but let me tell you something. You're only here because I want you to. If I want to, I can now cut your neck and get a replacement with the snap of my fingers."
"Damned!" Valeria said, seeing what was happening.
"If you value your life, you better keep your tongue under control. If I hear you bad-mouthing Syvis again, I can take your life at any time, and there's nothing you can do about it."
"What about me?" Elan said, "I don't want her to talk bad about me either."
Celeste wants to preserve her dignified appearance even with my dagger at her neck, but the fear in her eyes is unavoidable, and the reason is simple.
Celeste is a renowned healer. It is said that she is the best healer in Oblivion. One of the reasons is because she can take care of healing an entire party on high-difficulty quests like this by herself when other healers need a second healer or support with healing skills. Celeste doesn't bring much to the damage, but she has the ability to get her party out of any jam. And the second reason and why at this moment she must be shocked is because it is said that in all the quests she has had, she has never been hurt. She has impressive visualization and knowledge of the battlefield, so she is always in the right place. Furthermore, she has skills that can get her out of sticky situations. The ease with which I caught her off guard must be humiliating for her.

"It's enough!" Valeria spoke.

Valeria seems more reasonable, although she shares the same arrogance as her sister. She will be one of our tanks. She is more of a tank with magical defenses, which will help against mages. In contrast, the other tank will be more focused on physical damage. And, of course, I chose both of them, knowing that her harassment against Syvis would help me get closer to her.
"That's enough, Kase," Syvis said calmly.
I let Celeste go and walked towards Syvis, but Darx's voice was heard calling her at that moment. Syvis quickly turned and went to where Darx was.
"What's wrong? It looks like things with her boyfriend aren't going too bad." Elan spoke.
"That doesn't change anything. If I tell you she will be mine, it is because she will be."
"As confident as ever," Gin added.
"I've already suggested to him several times to speak more respectfully, but it seems to go in one ear and out the other." A male voice was heard from behind us.
"Yo, Arthur!" Elan spoke!

Arthur is the other tank. Both he and Valeria will be responsible for the front. I chose Arthur for his tanking skills, although I have to admit that he's not really to my liking. I don't know if he's stupid or just sin of being too nice. Whatever the case, he doesn't act like a noble despite being one.
"We're all here." Gin said.
"Uh? where are Valeria and Celeste?" Arthur asked.
"They already went to their carriage after a little altercation they had with Kase." Gin replied.
"I imagined that would happen. We have to get along! It will be a complicated quest where we will face talented adventurers." Arthus continued.
"We'll talk about that later. For now, it's time to go too." I said.
"Of course! I don't want to be left behind and let the Dark Dragons take all the glory!" Arthur responded enthusiastically, "Gin, I'll go with you."
"Ehh? Why?"
"I'll go in my griffin. See you in the next village, Kase." Elan told me.
"Sure!"
It's just me and Syvis left as planned. Though she still seems busy with Darx.
"Hey, call Syvis!" I told a maid.
I would like to annoy Darx, but I don't want to start the trip on bad terms with Syvis. Shortly after, Syvis returned.
"Where is everybody?" Syvis asked.
They're already gone. We should hurry if we do not want to be left behind.
"Will we go alone?" She said with a puzzled expression.
"Elan will go flying in his griffin, and the rest have their own carriages. Plus, I don't think you'd want to go with those sisters or the psychotic samurai."
"Well, that's true."
Syvis and I boarded, sitting on opposite sides of the carriage. It will be a good view, being able to see her long legs on the route. It will be a long trip, but the company will make it quite pleasant.
"Regarding those two sisters, don't worry too much. I'll keep them under control." I said.
"I don't need to be taken care of. You don't need to-"
"I know, but I still want to do it. So don't think about it too much and focus on the quest."
"I'll do that then."
Did she smile a little!? That is new.
I'm going to have a lot of fun these days. Soon Syvis will open her legs for me. That magic bag with the potions in it. I have to find a way to make it disappear.
