Just follow her already.

At least there is no way for you to choose the wrong option... Lucky you, when you got to the waterfall, the kitsune took her clothes, which were lying close to the water, before putting them on, which helped your erection to calm down. She was wearing a short kimono, cut low enough to expose her shoulder and quite a bit of cleavage, stopping a bit above her knees, and with a slit which exposes her left leg when she moves. On the kimono were intricate flower patterns in a red and white tone, and obviously the back of her kimono had a hole for her nine tails to come out of. Finally, on her side, was a sheated katana, the handle being made of blue cloth, and the sheath was decorated with the same kind of flower pattern that was on her kimono. Strangely, after seeing what she could do, you didn't want to get on her bad side, even if she had a cute outfit.

And while you were busy staring at the kitsune, Rei asked :

"Can you just give us your name, please ? We would like to know at least the name of the one asking us for help."

"There is no problem, don't worry." The kitsune answered. "My name is Shirayuki, and before you ask the question, the thing I need you to help me with is actually saving someone close to me. You see, we have been trapped one morning, as we were still sleeping. The one with me has been chained and brought to a cavern, where he is guarded by an elemental. As for me, I have been severely weakened by some enchantment that were on the weapons of the ones who trapped us."

"That's... Quite dangerous for my first quest." You say hesitantly, glancing at Rei who seemed genuinely interested by Shirayuki's story. "I guess Rei could be of some help, but me... I'll die before doing anything."

Shirayuki looked at you for a moment, before slowly walking closer to you, and... Petting your hair, with a warm smile that warmed your whole being. She then said :

"There is no need to worry, frail one, as you will only need to distract the guardian while I free the one close to me."

"Can you just call me Adam instead of frail one or pervert, please ? And what's the name of the one you want us to help you save ?"

"His name is Atsura. If he was here, he would have said that it is said At-sou-ra, like in the words At, Soup and Rat."

"That's... An interesting name. Atsura..." Rei says. "I hope we will remember it."

"Now, dear questers, please follow me, I will show you the way to the cavern where he was taken."

Neither you nor Rei said anything, as you simply nodded and started following her. Even though she said she was weakened, you felt like she still had the power to destroy any quester that would annoy her using only her speed. And the more you walked, the more stressed you were about this guardian, because if someone seemingly this strong wasn't able to do much because of a guardian, how strong would it be ? looking over at Rei, you could see that she wasn't thinking about that, seeing her calm demeanor, or she was good at hiding her stress, and so you should maybe ask her for some advice on that.

It didn't take long before you arrived to the cavern, entering it without much hesitation (even if you just followed Rei and Shirayuki inside it) and well, you weren't expecting much, so it surprised you a bit when you saw the inside of this cavern.

At first, you couldn't see much, because even if there was a faint light making you able to discern quite some things, it was still really dark in there. After a bit though, your eyes got used to the lack of light, and you were able to see that the cavern was really big, the ceiling getting higher and higher as you got deeper inside the cave, following Shirayuki, who seemed to walk towards the light.

And she wasn't walking towards it for no reason, as when you got close enough, you were able to see what truly was this light : it was in fact coming from the chains binding someone.

The man looked quite muscular, but with a thin build, as he wasn't all that big and he really didn't look like a bodybuilder to you (you saw one or two of them in Molsis, and for some reason this word just popped in your mind when you saw them), but he was still handsome, with his snow white hair which made you sure that he was in fact the one Shirayuki wants to save. He was only wearing trousers, and was bare foot, much like Shirayuki and Rei. As the three of you came closer to him, you started to smell the scent of grilled meat in the air, and you didn't know why, but you didn't like that one bit. The chains binding him were attached to a rope, which was itself linked to something on the ceiling, too high for you to see.

When you got close enough, you saw Shirayuki grab the handle of her katana, before the sound of roaring thunder could he heard, as she suddenly was up there, a trail of lightning in her back, cutting the rope before gracefully landing on the ground, right beside the chained man, who landed too on his feet, for some reason. When you looked at him a bit more, he looked pretty annoyed by this situation for some reason, rather than stressed or concerned.

You had the feeling that this was going really well so far, and the world had something right on cue for you...
