"Mom, pick up that book" Julia says, gesturing to her desk. Maria walks to the desk, and picks up the book, looking back at Julia.

"Thanks Mom, you can put it down. I just need to sleep. I love you, and I'll talk to you later. Just let me sleep until sundown." Julia says. Maria leaves, and Julia closes and locks the door behind her. So I can control people? Hmmm.... Julia thinks. She is too tired to think much about the possibilities. She falls back on the bed and sleeps deeply.
