Josh, Zoe, and a couple of others

“Victim 1” Rebecca said, pointing a bit ahead of you towards Josh.

“Can you see what changed?” you asked. Your eyesight was not as good as Rebeccas.

“I think so. Look at how hes walking. He never had a straight back!” Rebecca said.

“So his posture was changed with someone then?” you suggested, looking over the buttons on the remote.

“With Zoe I think” Rebecca said, pointing elsewhere. Zoe was now slouching slightly, her breasts looking like they were even more of a burden on her back than they actually were.

“Poor Zoe” you commented, “but still. Not such a major change I suppose.”

“No” Rebecca said, sounding a bit disappointed, “Lets try again.”

She picked up the remote from your hand, and you made sure to hold onto it, and fired off a random change again.

This time you saw the changes quite clearly. The first beam hit Louise who was walking practically next to you, and the second beam hit Nick who was nowhere near you. You only knew it was Nick because it was their voices that swapped.

“Yeah, when we get back I think I need to take a shower” you overheard Louise saying to her boyfriend, Sam. It sounded very funny. Her high pitched voice was gone, replaced with Nick’s lower and considerably more masculine tones. She didnt sound as sexy as she did before, which was a pity, but not the end of the world. She already almost had the curves of a guy, why not have the voice of a guy.

“What an amazing device” you said, turning it over again in your hand. Your brain was struggling slightly to comprehend it.

“What would happen if i did a change and you werent touching it?” Rebecca asked

“I would assume I would not notice” you replied, “The info we got in our brains, that sounds really weird saying that, told us we would only notice if we were touching.”

“So if I did this you wouldnt notice.” Rebecca snatched the remote and fired off randomly, before handing it back to you.
