Jessica chooses self sacrifice.

Jessica watches the pulsing arteries in Sally's neck. She is ravenous.

But she refuses to harm this innocent girl. Jessica had **** in her current situation, and feels a defiant satisfaction at her refusal to bend to the cruel will of her maker. She entered this new life without consent- she is adamant about going out on her own terms.

"Sally, I can't do it. I just can't."

Sally says nothing, turning away from Jessica and covering her breasts.

They sit in a heavy silence for what feels like an eternity.

After an unknown amount of time, Jessica can hear heels clicking down the hallway. Is this Elizabeth, come to finally end this? Jessica wonders.

She looks up to see a pale vampiress she has never seen before. The vampiress is about 5'5", and wears a tight leather bodysuit. Her hair is raven black, and she is fairly curvy.

The vampiress opens the cell and enters, locking the bars behind her. "Get up, cow" the vampiress says wearily.

Sally, resigned to her new existence, rises without comment. In the blink of an eye, the vampiress is on a shrieking Sally, her fangs tearing at Sally's throat. Arterial blood spurts into the air, covering the vampiress and spattering Jessica's shocked face. In a matter of moments, Sally is exsanguinated.

The vampiress drops Sally's corpse and taunts Jessica. "Was your petulant ingratitude worth it?" The vampiress sneers.

She throws Sally's lifeless body at Jessica.

"Elizabeth gave you everything!" The vampiress screams. She throws a collar at Jessica attached to a chain. "Put this on."

Jessica refuses. In an instant, the older vampiress has knocked Jessica to the ground, knocking the wind out of her. The movement is so fast that Jessica's mind can't follow the actions. Jessica finds herself in the collar, get hands bound, with the vampiress holding the chain.

Together, the pair leave the cell, ascend the stairs, and follow a labyrinthine path though the windowless mansion.

The vampiress opens a closet, pulling out a black cloak, black leather gloves, and a hood with built-in tinted goggles. She quickly dons the protective clothing never letting go of Jessica's chain.

The vampiress throws a final door open. Though not in the direct sunlight, the glare is blinding to Jessica.

"Come, humanitarian of the year, come get your reward" the vampiress taunts, yanking on Jessica's chain. Jessica is drawn outside, into a circle of eight or nine figures wearing the same protective clothing. She cannot tell which one is Elizabeth, or if Elizabeth is even here.

As Jessica's skin catches fire in the harsh rays, she stares up to the heavens and smiles. She is finally free.
