Jane's second breakup

"Get. Out." Miranda whispered in a low voice.

"Miranda, I -"

"GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE!" Miranda roared, tears rolling down her face as her biotics flared. Jane jumped back as the dark haired woman advanced forward. "You lied to me! You had me thinking that Jack willingly cheated on me! You used me to play the rebound after your girlfriend broke up with you, playing with my emotions to get what you wanted!"

"Miranda! Please, I'm sorry I -"

"'Sorry'?! Oh, you're sorry, huh? The Great Commander Jane Shepard is sorry! Well, I guess that makes this all go away then, right?!" Miranda spat with a growl as used her biotics to lift up the coffee table and throw it at Jane, the redhead dodging it as the table exploded into splinters against the wall. "Get the fuck out of my house!"

Not needing to be told twice, Jane bolted out the front door, not once realizing she was still naked as she slammed the door shut. Miranda stood there with a snarl, glaring at the door as she breathed heavily in rage while her biotics began to die down.

"Miri..."

Miranda turned to Jack, her face turning into a look of distraught as she began to wail loudly before embracing the tattooed woman. "Jack! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry, Jack!"

"Hey, it's not your fault." Jack replied, embracing the naked woman back. "She was the lying bitch!"

"I promise you right now, Jack! I will make this up to you!" Miranda sobbed, hugging Jack tighter before kissing the tattooed biotic.

Jane came to a stop as she paused next to a tree, catching her breath. Ironically, while Miranda was far better than Liara in bed, the breakup was far worse. At least Liara didn't throw furniture at her. On the other hand, even she could admit that this was mostly her own fault, and karma was a bitch.

Having caught her second wind, Jane looked herself over... And blushed scarlet as she realized that she had forgotten one important thing before leaving the house: Her clothes!
