How does Jack start using the remote?
Jack gives a senile old woman a new lease on life
Jack stood in the dimly lit hallway of the nursing home, the reality remote clutched tightly in his hand. The faint scent of antiseptic and lavender air freshener hung in the air, mingling with the distant hum of a television playing some daytime soap opera. He’d come here with a purpose, a twisted curiosity he couldn’t shake. The device was buzzing softly in his palm, its touchscreen glowing faintly, as if it knew what he was about to do.
He’d scoped out the place earlier, asking polite questions to the staff about who the oldest resident was. They’d pointed him toward her—Evelyn Harper, 98 years old, frail and confined to a wheelchair. But Jack wasn’t interested in Evelyn as she was. No, he wanted to see what she could become.
He found her sitting by the window in her room, a thin blanket draped over her lap. Her hair was wispy and white, her skin draped loosely over fragile bones. She turned to him with watery blue eyes, her voice soft but curious. “Can I help you, young man?”
Jack smiled, his heart pounding in his chest. “I think I can help you, Evelyn.”
He aimed the remote at her, his thumb hovering over the AGE button. He pressed it, and the touchscreen lit up, displaying the familiar slider. He dragged the circle to the left, watching as the years began to fall away from her. Her skin tightened, her posture straightened, and her hair darkened to a rich chestnut brown. When he stopped, he’d set her age to 45—prime years, full of vitality but still carrying that seasoned grace of someone who’d lived a long life.
Evelyn blinked, her hands flying to her face. “What… what did you do?” Her voice was stronger now, more commanding, and she stood up from the wheelchair as if it were nothing. She was wearing a loose nightgown made of thin cotton, its pale blue fabric now clinging to her newly youthful frame.
Jack’s gaze lingered on her. She was beautiful in a way that felt almost regal—high cheekbones, a sharp jawline, and a body that had regained its curves. The nightgown hugged her waist and hips, the fabric shifting fluidly as she moved, revealing the subtle swell of her breasts beneath.
“I gave you a second chance,” Jack said, his voice low and steady. “How does it feel?”
Evelyn took a step toward him, her bare feet silent on the linoleum floor. She looked down at herself, her hands brushing over her body as if she couldn’t believe it was real. “It feels… incredible,” she murmured. Then she looked up at him, her eyes narrowing slightly. “But why me? What do you want from this?”
Jack smirked, his confidence growing. “Let’s just say I have a thing for women who know what they want.” He stepped closer, his fingers grazing the remote as he pressed the BM button. The familiar slider appeared on the touchscreen, and he selected the MUSCLE option. With a quick flick of his thumb, he nudged the slider to the right, watching as Evelyn’s frame subtly shifted, her arms and legs toning, her posture becoming more athletic yet still feminine.
She gasped, her hands instinctively reaching to touch her newly defined biceps. “What… what did you just do to me?” she asked, her voice a mix of awe and curiosity.
Jack didn’t stop there. He selected the HEIGHT option next and moved the slider up, adding a few inches to her stature. Evelyn’s body stretched gracefully, her legs elongating, her presence growing more commanding. She now stood taller than him, her gaze meeting his from a position of dominance.
“How’s that feel?” Jack asked, his voice tinged with admiration. “You’re stunning—more than I imagined. I was thinking…” He paused, giving her a sly grin. “You could be my girlfriend. With this device, I can fix any regrets or unfulfilled desires you’ve ever had. Anything at all.”
Evelyn raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a confident smile. She stepped even closer, her new height giving her an imposing edge. “Is that so? And what makes you think I’d agree to that?”
Jack’s smirk softened into a more genuine, self-assured grin. “Because I’m actually a good guy,” he said, his tone steady and sincere. “Even if you reject me, I won’t just hit the undo button and leave you back in that wheelchair. That’s not who I am.” He glanced around the room, his eyes briefly settling on the other residents visible through the doorway. “I’ll find someone else—maybe Gertrude over there—and give them a luxurious, interesting life instead.”
He turned his gaze back to Evelyn, his expression still confident but now laced with a hint of playfulness. “I mean, you’re stunning—more than I imagined. But if it’s not you, I’ll just offer this to someone else.” He shrugged casually, as if he were talking about something as simple as handing out coffee. “It’s your call. What do you think?”
Evelyn raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a sly, knowing smile. She took a step closer, her new height and presence making her seem almost regal. “We’ll see about that,” she said, her tone dripping with challenge and intrigue. “But for now… let’s see what else you can do with that little device of yours.”
Her eyes narrowed playfully, their almond shape now carrying a sharp, exotic allure. She crossed her arms, the muscles in her toned biceps flexing subtly under her smooth, golden skin. Her once-wispy white hair was now a cascade of jet-black waves, cascading down her back like a waterfall of ink. Her lips, full and naturally tinted with a hint of coral, curved into a confident smirk.
“We’ll see about that,” she said, her voice lilted with a melodic Hawaiian accent, softened by the delicate cadence of Japanese influence. Her name was no longer Evelyn. Now, she was Aoi Lani—a name that carried the essence of the ocean breeze and cherry blossoms.
She tilted her head slightly, her dark eyes catching the light as she studied him with a mix of curiosity and challenge. Her lips curved into a confident smirk, her newly exotic features adding a sharp, alluring edge to her expression. "You think you can just hand me this new life and I’ll fall at your feet, Jack Casey?" she teased, her tone dripping with intrigue and a playful edge. The way she said his name carried a hint of mockery, as if she was already toying with him. "You’ve got a lot to learn, don’t you?" Her words were sharp, but they were laced with amusement, as if she were already one step ahead of him, and she knew it.
Jack couldn’t help but admire how seamlessly she’d slipped into her new persona—Aoi Lani, no longer Evelyn. The Hawaiian-infused Japanese cadence in her voice, the way her posture radiated dominance, the way her gaze held his like she was the one holding the reins now. She was everything he’d imagined and more, and she knew it too.
Aoi Lani
Aoi Lani stepped closer, her movements fluid and graceful, like a hula dancer gliding across sand. Her dark eyes locked onto Jack’s, her lips parting slightly as she reached out toward the remote in his hand. But before her fingers could brush against it, Jack smirked and pressed the MC button.
The touchscreen lit up with a soft glow, and he spoke clearly, his voice steady. “You’ll let me show you what else this device can do, and you’ll trust me completely.”
Aoi froze for a moment, her hand hovering in the air as the command settled into her mind. Then, as if a switch had been flipped, her expression softened, and she nodded. “Of course,” she said, her voice smooth and compliant, the playful edge now replaced by eager curiosity. She stepped even closer, her body nearly pressing against his, her warmth radiating between them.
Jack grinned, satisfied. This was easier. He didn’t have to dance around her hesitations or test the waters of her newfound confidence. With the MC button, she was his—wholly and completely.
“Go
“Good,” he murmured, his eyes scanning the remote’s buttons. “Let’s test this out.” His thumb hovered over the IQ button for a moment before pressing it. The touchscreen lit up, displaying the familiar slider with preset numbers below it. Without hesitation, Jack tapped on the 50 option and watched as Aoi’s expression shifted.
Her brows furrowed slightly, her sharp, calculating gaze softening into something more vacant, more childlike. Her lips parted as if she was about to speak, but no words came out right away. Instead, she blinked slowly, her once-confident posture now more relaxed—almost languid. The tension in her shoulders seemed to melt away, replaced by an almost innocent curiosity.
“Wow,” she finally said, her voice sounding lighter, simpler. “What… what just happened?” She tilted her head, her dark eyes wide with wonder, her once razor-sharp wit now dulled into a gentle naivety.
Jack smirked, his fingers grazing the remote as he watched her transformation. Perfect, he thought. She was still stunning, still exotic and captivating in her new form, but now there was a vulnerability to her—a simplicity that made her entirely dependent on him.
“Nothing you need to worry about,” he said smoothly, his voice calm and reassuring. “Just trust me. I’ll take care of everything.”
Aoi nodded eagerly, her lips curling into a sweet, almost childish smile. “Okay,” she said, her voice soft and trusting. “I trust you, Jack.”
The power dynamic had shifted completely. She was no longer the confident, dominant woman who’d taunted him moments ago. Now, she was pliant, malleable, and entirely his to command. Jack couldn’t help but feel a thrill of satisfaction as he looked at her. This was where he wanted her—where he was in control.
“Good girl,” he murmured, his tone laden with approval. “Now, let’s see what else we can do.” Jack glanced around the room, a sly grin spreading across his face. “First things first—let’s get you out of that nightgown and into something that really suits you.” He pressed the TIME button on the remote, pausing the world around them. The hum of the nursing home fell silent, leaving only the sound of their breathing.
Aoi blinked up at him, her dark eyes wide and trusting. “What are we doing, Jack?” she asked, her voice soft and innocent.
“We’re going shopping,” Jack said, his tone light but commanding. He reached for her hand, guiding her toward the door. “You deserve more than this. You’re a queen now, Aoi, and queens don’t wear old nightgowns.”
Her lips curled into a sweet, eager smile. “Okay, Jack. Whatever you say.”
Jack led her out of the nursing home and into the bustling world outside. The streets were frozen in time, people suspended mid-step, cars halted in their tracks. It was as if the entire city had become their private playground. He took her to a high-end boutique downtown, its glass windows filled with luxurious designer clothing.
Inside, the racks were lined with silk dresses, tailored suits, and delicate lingerie. Jack walked through the aisles, his fingers brushing against the fabrics as he selected pieces for Aoi. He handed her a sleek black dress with a plunging neckline and a pair of stiletto heels. “Try this on,” he instructed, his voice firm but gentle.
Aoi nodded obediently, disappearing into the dressing room. When she stepped out, Jack’s breath caught in his throat. The dress hugged her curves perfectly, accentuating her new physique—the toned muscles of her arms, the long lines of her legs. The heels added extra height, making her tower over him even more. She looked like a goddess, powerful and undeniably stunning.
“Perfect,” Jack said, his tone low and appreciative. He walked over to her, adjusting the neckline slightly before stepping back to admire her. “This is who you are now, Aoi. Beautiful. Confident. Untouchable.”
She smiled softly, her eyes shining with gratitude. “Thank you, Jack. I… I feel amazing
