Jack Accidentally Makes Himself Normally 45

Jack was about to change his age back to normal, but before he could, a loud noise from outside (probably made by a passing car or truck) startled him enough that he lost hold of the remote and accidentally pressed the AGE button again, activating the change to his age. Then, when he tried to grab for the remote on the floor, he accidentally pressed YES on the touchscreen, causing a reality change to happen.

"Uh oh," he uttered, as a disorienting wave emitted from the remote and spread out across the entire room and beyond. The change was so dizzying that Jack nearly passed out. Looking around, his house didn't look too different, but there were details about it that made people immediately think that a middle aged person lived there and not a 25 year old. As Jack's mind cleared, he realized that without even wanting to, his age was now 45 years old and that with reality changed, everyone knew him as that age.

Looking at the remote, he feared that it might have been broken, since it was dropped on the floor, but as far as Jack could tell, it was okay. He sighed with relief, then wondered whether he should explore this new middle aged life of his or try to change himself back to normal, or maybe change himself some more.
