Trying to explore the mansion one room at a time wasn't getting Jesebel anywhere. It seemed like Lady Demmerain was not on this floor, and was likely in her private chambers. That would be on the upper floors. So Jesebel ran up the large stairway in the main entry hall.

There was a landing where one could step off and explore the second floor, but Jesebel suspected that her target was lurking on the top floor, so she kept going up. She reached a new landing, with four doors visible on this floor.

Although she had decided to stop searching rooms one at a time, she'd have to do that a bit longer.
