It's hard fought.

Seeing about 12 Lynchers rush into the hotel, Lisa realised that those inside would be hard pressed to stop them. Calling 2 of the rooftop defenders to follow her, Lisa crawled towards the ladder. One of the men Lisa had called to follow her stood up and was hit by multiple shots, his body falling to the street below.

Lisa quickly put the mans fate from her mind as she slid down the ladder. At the bottom she looked up to check on the man following her. As he climbed down he paused briefly when Lisa heard someone cry out.

"Move it!" Lisa called to him. She then turned and rushed towards the sound of the sheriffs shotgun. Behind her the man slowly descended the ladder.

Lisa hurried down to the second floor and found that the Lynchers had already reached that far. Lisa arrived in time to see Pete pick up a Lyncher and throw him down the stairs, despite getting hit by 2 bullets. He then picked up the wounded Davey and carried him up to the treatment room.

Bob Thorn fired both barrels of his shotgun into a group of Lynchers trying to advance up the stairs. As he was reloading Lisa saw him receive multiple gunshot wounds and fall to the ground.

Lisa rushed to Bob Thorn and began firing her colt at the Lynchers, she had left her winchester on the roof figuring that the colt would be easier to use in the confines of the hallways and staircases of the hotel.

Outside the sounds of battle intensified. Lisa prayed that the Lynchers had not received reinforcements but could not think of another reason for it.

Suddenly, Lisa's colt was empty. Ahead of her was the Lyncher Wallace. Seeing the deputy badge on Lisa, Wallace grinned evilly knowing that the person who had taken his boss' money stood before him alone and unarmed. Wallace aimed his colt at Lisa and pulled back the hammer.

Lisa closed her eyes, waiting for the shot that would end her life...
