There was screaming, the sense of gravity changing direction, and then darkness.

Gabe was vaguely aware of the first two, and intensely conscious of the third.

Darkness, darkness, darkness.

Not nothingness.

It was darkness, and the knowledge that he was a consciousness separate from the darkness, but he had no sense of anything beyond that. Not even a name.

And the he did.

The being in the darkness had another sense of gravity shifted, and it was now drifting downwards.

Then there was sound. “Rejoice!”

It was female, if sounds could be thus.

“Thou art alive, thou art still living!”

Then touch.

Gabe enjoyed the gentle way he was laid upon the ground. Like a mother putting a child to bed. He stirred at this sensation, consciousness flooding into him with all its horror. “The girls!”

He shot up and saw himself sitting before a goddess. A being of light, golden haired, whose form was draped it cloth which was the sky. Her hair her clothing it billowed enticingly as if ever caressed by the wind. This being was female if such crass terminology could ever hope to describe such a creature, but she had the boobies!

The goddess smiled warmly at him, and as she did the void was ignited with a million million stars.

“Be at ease. Thou looketh upon The Goddess Skye. Evermore thou shall bask in the pleasures of my garden.”

Gabe was overawed by what he saw. It was too great, too much. He backed away in a panic. His mouth sputtered for words. “Puh pluh, please my team!”

“Be at ease.” The Goddess said again, brushing his bangs to the side. Her warmth entered him, and… he was at ease. “Thine harem slumbers, as the caterpillar slumbers. Sweet bugs, soon to hatch and spread their wings.” Her voice was so filled with love.

“They’re okay?” Gabe felt his anxiety collapse. He pulled himself to his feet.

“They are blessed. On the cusp of entering your glory.”

What did that mean? “Can you bring me to them?”

“They are here…” The Goddess moved her hand, and as her robe brushed across the space between them, eight figures appeared.

Gabe’s stomach lurched.

His whole team was lined up, and floating about two feet off the ground. They were sleeping and seemed to be unharmed. Their hair floated around them as if they were under water. Beyond this, they were naked.

“Behold, thine harem in its dawn glory.”

There were the twins, Anna and Lana. To Gabe’s Shane he could not pick his girlfriend out from the two. Without their clothing, accessories, or conscious baring they were one and same physically. Blue eyes closed, their long blond hair floated about, they looked like the goddess, though their bodies were modest, and Skye had breasts fit for a fertility goddess.

Beside them floated Jasmine. Her tall form, and fit body made her the least helpless looking of the set. She seemed fit even now to leap from her spot and strangle him for looking at her naked. Beside his instinctual fear of her he felt an equally natural attraction. Her dark skin and red hair were so fetching, she’d been the one Gabe desired most when he joined the team.

Precious was next. Even as she slept Gabe still wanted to throttle her. Elizabeth(Pride), how fitting. Her curls bounced about her head like springs. Gabe’s anger at her died when he noticed her glasses were gone. ‘She won’t be able to see anything…’

Night’s slight figure floated next to her. Of all the girls her look was most diminished by the lack of clothing. No less beautiful, but she chose to express herself through her black street clothes s without them she looked sweet. Night would have hated looking sweet.

Hilda was the hardest to see like this. The anger and terror that consumed them in their last moments seemed to carry over to this place as well. Her face twitched as if consumed by an awful dream. She was a beautifully chubby girl, a modest 200 pound, and it was all ass and thighs. She wore her read chair in a short choppy style.

Vera was near the end her own motherly breasts heaving in zero g. Gabe thought it was ridiculous that Hilda had accused her of flirting with him. He’d always tried to be so respectful of the older woman. Seeing her like this felt more invasive than the others. Her body told a story, from her sun pocked clevage, to her stretch marks, to the c-section scar. He looked away, sure that he was intruding upon something holy.

Finally there was a surprise guest. Gabe almost didn’t recognize her when she wasn’t between the four edges of a monitor or television set. It was The Senator, their benefactor a peaceful looking brunette in her forties. A woman most definitely not on the bus with them…

“What did you do to them?”

“Rescue, salvation. From the jaws of deadly destiny thou wert snatched. Now in recompense Thou shall complete a quest.”

“What quest?”

“Fabulous it is, compelling too. A master you are, of these eight women. Thus declare I, Skye goddess of the firmament, queen of hosts.” There was an outpouring of applause around her as if the very universe admired her. “Thou shall break these eight to thy will, maketh of them thine perfect lovers.Then return thee i will to your world, should you choose to return at all.”

“Break them?” Gave was growing more concerned by the second. “Like they’re horses? I don’t know what hell we ended up in but only me and Jasmine, and the senator belong here. Send them back.”

“Thou describeth a throuple, Tis a harem I seek.”

“I don’t even know what you mean by that.”

“Think thee back to the kings of old. Their rooms filled with supple beauties. Just as a buffet slaked their gluttonous tastes so to will your harem fufill your lustful appetites.”

“Like the guy in Mad Max.”

“Yes.”

“I don’t want to be the guy from mad max!”

The goddess nodded sadly. “Very well, return thee and thine harem to the crash I will. No different than destiny would I be if I chose to ignore thine will.”

What? “Wait! Can’t you just let us live?”

The goddess shook her head sadly. “The Producers will only approve of providing you my aid, in exchange for your participation. I am deeply regretful.”

“So if I don’t go along with this quest, we all die.”

Skye provided a solem nod. “These are the ancient magics I’m afraid. Carved onto this world before I was poured into it.”

His insides were melting. “What if I can’t do it? If I fail… do they…”

“Fear thee not. Thou wert chosen for this task because it’s thine destiny. However It will not be up to you, it is they who shall face this challenge head on,”

“I thought the quest was for me.”

“The quest affects all who undertake it. From the king to his knights. Though not all share in the burden equally.”

He nodded. “Because they’re the ones who are going to have to bare… whatever I’m going to do to break them.”

The goddess chuckled softly. “These questions are at the wrong time. Think of the tadpole asking the frog what land is like. However shall the frog make him understand?”

Biting down his anger, Gabe looked up. “Then what do you suggest?”

Full of love, the goddes gestured towards the women. “Let us begin character creation.”
