Irene and School

"Hello?" I say upon answering the call.

"Hello, is this the Guildmaster of the Stelle Wolves?" I hear a woman's voice ask. I can hear the faint sound of a car's engine in the background.

"Yes, this is Eric speaking." I reply and I hear her sigh in relief.

"Good, I accidentally called the wrong Guild a moment ago. Sorry, my name's Irene. You accepted my application to join your Guild not too long ago."

"Yeah, are you calling to schedule your arrival?" I ask, unsure how this goes as this is my first time doing this.

"Yes, I'm ready to go whenever. I just need to pack up first. So when would the room be ready? I heard you recently acquired your Guildhall."

"You've heard correctly. But the rooms are ready now. We have seven ready currently. Although we are looking into getting a dormitory built. But it won't be for a while, we have other construction going on."

"Then could you text me the address? I'm driving now so I can't write it down."

"Yeah, when would you arrive at?"

"I could get there tomorrow around five, does that work?"

"Yeah, I have something to do around four, so I might not be there. But I'll make sure that my secretary, Asami, will be ready to show you around. I'll come by once I can."

"Thanks, I'll see you tomorrow then!" She says excitedly before hanging up.

"Who was that?" Liz asks as I find her number on the device.

"It was Irene. She's going to be here tomorrow around five." I reply before texting Irine the Guildhall address.

"Really? She can get here that soon?" Luna asks and I nod. I spend some time talking to the girls, mostly about the new members. The others all text me, asking when they can come. I tell them all they can come whenever they're ready. Marlo says he can be here the day after tomorrow, on Thursday. The others all say they'll be here by Friday. Once Asami comes back I tell her about them and she smiles.

"They'll be here in time for the party on Saturday then!" She says and I smile, having not thought of that. We continue talking for a while before going to bed. I wake up to my alarm going off later and sit up. I hear it stop and turn to see Asami shutting it off.

"Are you ready for School Master?" She asks me and I sigh.

"As I'll ever be." I say before getting out of bed. She smiles before disappearing. I grab some of my clothes and go shower. I check my notifications, as usual, while I shower.

I finish my shower before returning to my Domain. I eat the breakfast Asami made me and we chat. Luna and Innu are training outside, getting ready for the Ruins. Ramia's sleeping and Gaia and Verona are nowhere to be found. Bergeth comes in to grab some food, before taking it and leaving. He seems to have taken a liking to Emibis and Barrai, the three of them always running around together. Once I finish eating Asami sees me off. I give her a kiss bye before leaving. I go outside my apartment and hop on my motorcycle. I drive to school and park, before spotting Myla and Hino.

"Good morning Eric." Hino says as I catch up to them.

"It feels like it's been ages since I've seen you here." Myla adds and I chuckle.

"It feels like ages since I put this uniform on." I say causing them to laugh.

"Do you have any plans after school?" Hino asks and I nod. We start walking toward the school's entrance.

"Yeah, I'm meeting the Dryads to ask them about something. Then I'm welcoming my Guilds newest member." I say causing them both to turn to me.

"You got a new member? Who is it?" Myla asks.

"Her name's Irene. I went through some applications yesterday with Asami, Luna, Innu, and Liz. We accepted seven people, because that's all the rooms we have available." I say before telling them about the other six. I tell them about their stats on the chart, and they seem impressed.

"You got two people with A stats already." Myla says in awe, more to herself than us. "Well thinking about it, Innu and Luna would have a couple of A stats no doubt. Maybe even a few S stats."

"That's what Asami thought too. She told me that after Luna and Innu left though, otherwise it would've gone to their head." I say causing her to chuckle. The bell rings and we go our separate ways, agreeing to meet up on the roof during lunch.
