Invasion Stopped Successfully

Following that first screen congratulating me for helping to beat back the invasion was numerous rewards screens, some had choices, some had resources, some just had particularly large cash bonuses. Speaking of apparently for each Invader I took out that netted me a few hundred grand more in reward money. I hadn't earned much exp from the enemies though, but I did get a LOT of skill based experience!

Congratulations! Your Elemental Summoning has reached level 9! Your max summons limit has increased further!
Congratulations! Your Enhanced healing has reached level 4! Heal faster, recover stamina quicker, also increases the bonuses gained from raising the Endurance stat.
Congratulations! You have gained Mental Defense Perks!
First up is Absolute Connection: Strengthens the connection to be nearly unbreakable and makes it easier to create new bridges. Will also allow those a part of the mental Defenses to send mental messages to one another without being intercepted and increases the distance such connections and messages can be maintained.
Second is Genoshan Forstress & Asteroid M: This perk adds NUMEROUS even more powerful defenses to your mind including an unholy fusion of 2 Omega Level Mutants from the multiverse to bring an Onslaught to all enemies of mutant kind. As well as a copy of an multiversal entity, a Manifestation of the Prime Universal **** of Life now becoming one of, if not THE final protection of your defenses.

Okay so first of all: WHAT?! Secondly: THE FUCK?!
Seriously! Aren't these like super BUSTED?! I mean at least their just defenses right? Better that they can't be used to attack others.... Nope! Not gonna think of that! Just gonna MOVE THA FUAK ON!

Okay, so now that I've gotten a few minutes to calm down from those insane rewards... I'm happy to go through the resource crates, pulling the items inside into my inventory. I got a significant amount of Adamantium, Vibranium and Uru throughout the crates I opened. Aside from those there were additional cases containing M'kraan Crystal Injectors as well as a few new things. Several cases containing Gloves of Power Gain, an item that when used with these other items could allow me to grant others new powers or even improve what they already have on a permanent basis! A few cases of something called Icon of Falteen Flame, an item used to gain or enhance magical abilities apparently. As well as a few cases containing something I would be keeping inside my inventory and away from others as MUCH as possible... Mark of the Power Cosmic, an Item that grants a tremendous power boost to those that absorb the mark. It had a secondary effect for me apparently, but I wouldn't find out until a later date it looked like.

Holy fuck... Finally done with all the rewards... Only thing left I hadn't mentioned was the enormous amount of money that had been dropped into my inventory. Regardless after that I went to rest, my summons being left out as they ran around to stop criminals or to help rescue and get people to safety. I was simply too exhausted to keep going on my own anymore today...

Waking up in the morning was interesting, I found a note from Jade explaining that she'd be gone for awhile longer, it was brought by Shiva as the other guards were keeping watch around the building. She then asked if I had a way of helping her to get stronger, saying she could use something that to help her reach new heights. She would continue her training but with so many people with powers either appearing or coming out of hiding...
