Into the Forest

You walk through the open door and into the forest. The soil beneath your feet is damp and muddy, good thing your jeans and boots aren't exactly in great condition to begin with. You walk through a narrow pathway through the vegetation, losing any other visitors in the mist. You wander alone until finally you come to another clearing and come to the unsettling realization that you have no idea how to get back to the entrance - in fact, you can't quite tell how long you've been walking for.

You look up and the sense of unease you feel only grows. The night sky is visible and a large, full moon hangs above. It looks incredibly real but yesterday the moon was only a crescent, so you can't possibly be outside can you? And there can't be enough room on the second floor of the house for such a huge room, could there? It's almost like you're not even in the mansion at all anymore...

There's another howl - multiple in fact. You think you can count three or four...voices? However many there are, they're closer this time and the forest feels more hostile than ever.

You move back the way you came, hoping you can find a way out...
