Interlude: New York City, 1986 (Part 3)

[Miko's POV]

Miko startles awake. She is in a bed. Janet sits next to her, holding her knees. Miko looks around. She thinks she is in the same apartment as from.... before.... but she isn't sure. Just turning her head is agony. Miko feels like shit, her entire body aches. Her head throbs with what must be the mother of all hangovers.

"Where are we?" she croaks at Janet.

"I think we are still in those sick bitches' apartment" Janet says. "I don't know what they put in the coke, but I totally blacked out. I don't remember anything."

"They roofied us?" Miko asks hoarsely. Janet shrugs. Miko sniffs the air. Something smells good. Is that Janet I'm smelling? she thinks.

"Fuck, my head hurts" Miko thinks, slowly remembering last night. "I think they put more than roofies in that coke. I am remembering some weird shit from last night" Miko says, rubbing her forehead. "Did you try to get out of her?" she asks.

"Door's locked" Janet says, sighing. What the fuck Miko thinks. She sits up, wincing from her headache.

Miko begins to remember last night. Being violated by Janet. The fangs. The blood. Like a bad dream that feels very real. Miko starts to realize how ravenously hungry she is. She can't stop thinking about Janet's scent

The door opens, and the client from last night, Elizabeth, glides in. She smiles at the escorts.

"Glad to see you've woken up, Miko. Welcome to our family. Are you hungry?" Elizabeth asks knowingly.

"Why are you keeping us here?" Janet asks angrily, stepping off the bed.

"Silence!" Elizabeth says forcefully, and Janet goes quiet, sitting back down on the edge of the bed.

"Miko. You confessed to me that you wanted to stay young forever. I've given you that gift. The final step is for you to accept that gift. To take her" Elizabeth says, looking at Janet.

"Let me show you what you've become" Elizabeth says, her fangs extending. Miko gasps. It was real!

"You! Come here!" Elizabeth booms at Janet, who rises from the bed to stand before Elizabeth. Janet, like Miko, is nude. Janet seems hypnotized.

With a swift flick of her wrist, Elizabeth scratches Janet's chest with her nails, and two lines of red blood appear over her breasts. Janet flinches but is silent. Miko can immediately smell the blood on the air. She begins to salivate, followed by a sharp pain in the roof of her mouth. She feels two razor sharp fangs in her upper jaw with her tongue.

This is actually happening Miko thinks, confused but excited. This is happening!

Elizabeth grabs Janet by the arm, throwing her onto the bed. Up close, Miko finds the scent irresistible.

"Drink her, child" Elizabeth coos. Miko sits up and moves to straddle Janet's waist, looking down at the terrified human. She smells so good Miko thinks. Miko bends, licking the blood from Janet's breasts.

"Please. Don't." Janet whispers, tears forming in her eyes.

"She didn't stop last night when you begged her" Elizabeth says cruelly. "Bite her!"

Miko strikes, sinking her new fangs into Janet's shoulder. Warm blood spurts into her mouth as Janet whimpers. The taste is indescribable. Thick and rich. Miko feels the warmth filling her entire body, as her aches and pains dull and then disappear.

Fuck. This is amazing Miko thinks, gulping down mouthful after mouthful of blood. She feels Janet weakening under her, Janet's pulse slowing. Miko doesn't care, she needs more.

I want to do this forever.
