Innu

I turn around and see Innu. She steps back and I see Luna and Asami behind her.

"Hey Innu, what's up?" I ask her.

"Eric, could you follow us?" Innu asks and I nod. They lead me down a dirt path towards the forest. We walk for a few minutes before we get to a small clearing. The girls stop in the center before turning around. Innu extends her hands out while holding a crystal. The crystal is about twice the size of my hand and contains a variety of colors. It contains the colors bright red, deep dark red, dark brown, green, blue, silver, dark green, very light green, and pure white. The colors constantly swirl like a flowing rainbow.

"This is a gift we made for you. Verona helped us out with it." Asami says and Luna nods.

"We all poured some of our mana into it." Luna adds. I Observe the crystal while grabbing it.

Multi-Core, Mythical

This Magic Core was created by Verona, the Goddess of Knowledge. She made it by condensing her mana into a crystal form. Then Innu, Luna, Asami, Hino, Myla, Liz, Gaia, and Ramia filled it with their mana. While Verona didn't fill it, it uses her mana as a base. The core can be embedded into any Weapon or item, filling it with its mana. Due to the variety of mana within, the effects of this Core are unknown. If your relationship with any of the girls becomes any worse, the mana may start to reject you.

I smile while reading the description. That's why Verona was relieved when I decided to wait for my sword. I think before storing the Core away.

"Do you like it?" Innu asks and I nod.

"It's great. But Asami, how'd you add your mana to this? I thought our Stigma prevented you from doing stuff like that." I ask and Asami smiles.

"Verona helped with that. She has a skill that lets her manipulate mana. She was able to temporarily disable my Stigam, but only for a few minutes. Ramia gave me a potion to recover my mana so I could fill it. Oh, and don't worry about Liz, Hino, and Myla. We asked Gaia and Verona to hide on one of the floating islands while they filled it. We told them we bought this on the Lyna Market with the money we get from working for the guild." Asami says and I nod.

"Luna, Innu I have something for you too." I say and they each smile. I see Luna's tails start to shake. I take out the armor I just made and hold them up. "I made you some new armor with some material I got recently." I continue while handing them over. They take them and start changing into them. Fortunately, my Blacksmithing Skill let me know what size to make them. So they fit them like a glove. They start stretching after changing and admire how they look.

"This feels much better than the other set." Luna says while running her hand over the fur.

"I like this one better too. It feels... Stronger" Innu says and I nod. I tell them what Observe told me about them.

"Innu, there's one more thing for you. But I'm not sure if you'll be able to use it." I say while taking the Gigantomakia sword out of my inventory. She looks at it in awe while I hand it to her. Despite not meeting the Strength requirements to wield it, I can carry it just fine. Innu takes it and gives it a test swing. She swings the blade through the air a foot or two away from me. I can feel the wind from her swing blow against me. She smiles and lifts it up on her shoulder.

"It's great, did you make this too?" She asks and I shake my head no.

"No, I got it as a reward from my powers. It's called Gigantomakia and was forged by Giants. It has an ability to shrink to fit the wielder. It has a hidden skill though. If you meet its Strength requirements, you can make it grow to its original size. Then you can swing it with the strength of Giants. But it will take a toll on you, by taking your stamina. It could even knock you out." I say and she nods excitedly.

"Could I try it?" She asks and I smile.

"Yeah, but let's go further away from the cabin." I say and she nods. We walk out of the forest and enter wide plains. I nod to Innu and she stops. She raises the sword and closes her eyes. A moment later the runes on the edge of the sword glow. The sword grows in an instant, becoming taller than my cabin. Innu swings it, much quicker than I thought she could. Despite standing behind her, I can still feel the gust of wind. It's not enough to knock me over, but I do raise my hands to cover my eyes. I see Luna and Asami doing the same. I look back and see Innu's stopped. She's dropped the sword and is on her ass. "Are you okay Innu?" I ask while running over to check on her.

"Yeah, I'm just exhausted. My legs gave out from that." She says and I see she's sweating. But she's not breathing heavily. It looks like someone just dumped water on her head. I help her up and two ghostly green tails wrap around her waist. I turn and see the Greater Twin-Tailed Wolf Soul I gave Asami. It's grabbing Innu and setting her on its back.

"You got the hang of that one." I say and Asami smiles.

"It's becoming second nature. But we should get back. Innu should rest in the bed." She says and I nod. I follow her and the wolf back. Luna jumps on the wolf with Innu.

"I meant to ask earlier, but did the realtors finish the paperwork yet?" I ask, wanting to know if we can look at our guild hall this weekend.

"No, they messaged me saying they wouldn't be able to until Monday. One of them tested positive for corona. No one else seems sick though, so they said it should be done by Tuesday at the latest." Asami says and I nod. On our walk back I remember two things I need to do.

"Asami, I'm going to fly up to one of the islands. I'll be back in a bit." I say and she nods before hugging me.
